Ajay Devgn continues giving 3rd degree burns to Bollywood liberals, invites Major Gen GD Bakshi on stage

And Maj Gen Bakshi launched a scathing attack

Ajay Devgn, GD Bakshi

Looks like Ajay Devgn is in no mood to let the liberals rest for even a moment. During the trailer launch of ‘Tanhaji – The Unsung Warrior’, Ajay Devgn took everyone by surprise as he invited decorated military officer and noted military historian cum novelist Major General Gagan Deep Bakshi, and also honoured him during the trailer launch event.

Ajay Devgn posted about the same on his Twitter timeline, proclaiming in his post, “A general of today’s time talking about a war in a different time” –

In this tweet, Ajay shared his discussion with Major General GD Bakshi over the movie. Major General GD Bakshi thanked him for the same as he said, “First of all I thank you Ajay for bringing on celluloid the revival of our military power. From 13th to 16th century, we had to bear one invasion after another, one humiliation after another. Our cities were burnt, our temples were broken and our women were raped. From the nadir of defeat, our revival began and you know who started it? It was Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in the south, Guru Gobind Singh in the north and Lachit Borphukan in the east. I thank you Ajay for bringing forth the portion of history that was deliberately left ignored.”

Major General GD Bakshi wasn’t far from the truth either. Ajay Devgn had revealed his plans during an earlier promotion of Tanhaji to develop a franchise around such unsung heroes, beginning from Tanaji Malusare. His next few projects reveal his dedication towards the same as well.

Ajay’s next movie, ‘Bhuj – The Pride of India’, focuses on the untold story of how the IAF squadron led by Squadron Leader Vijay Karnik inspired the 60 soldiers of Army Supply Corps and 300 rural Gujarati women to reconstruct the damaged airbase of Bhuj during the 1971 Indo Pak War.

Ajay shall also play an important role in the much-awaited project of SS Rajamouli i.e. ‘RRR’, which throws light on the struggles of revolutionaries Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem, who raised a rebellion in Southern India against the British Empire. This is not all, Ajay Devgn shall immortalize the originator of Akhand Bharat, Acharya Vishnugupta aka Chanakya in the biopic directed by Neeraj Pandey.

On the other hand, Major General GD Bakshi needs no introduction. A decorated military officer, Major General GD Bakshi comes from a family that has continuously served the Indian Armed Forces. His elder brother, Captain Raman Bakshi, was martyred in the 1965 Indo Pak War. Major General GD Bakshi led several counter-terror operations in the Rajouri Poonch sector, where his unconventional tactics proved highly successful. For his services in the Kargil War, Major General GD Bakshi was rewarded with the Vishisht Seva Medal. Major General GD Bakshi is also an accomplished military historian cum novelist, who has upheld the ideals of a united Bharat with books like ‘Mahabharata – a Military Analysis’, ‘Bose – an Indian Samurai’, ‘The Siege of Warwan’ to name a few.

However, Major General GD Bakshi and the Bollywood brand liberals don’t go well together. Because of his unapologetic stance towards the ‘Breaking India’ cabal, Major General GD Bakshi has often been on the hitlist of such liberals. Earlier in January 2019, Major General GD Bakshi went on the offensive as he attacked the terrorists and asked whether Kashmir is a brothel that anyone can have their way.

Angered by the attack on the terrorists, the Indian liberals resorted to what they’re best at and they hounded Major General GD Bakshi, with alleged celebrities like Swara Bhasker even terming him as a national embarrassment. Months later, when Air Vistara uploaded a photo with Major General GD Bakshi on their Twitter account, the same cabal coerced them into deleting their photo.

As such, when Ajay Devgn not only invites Major General GD Bakshi to the trailer launch of ‘Tanhaji’ but respectfully allows him to voice his opinions, he sends a clear message to the left-liberals that he is not the one who will dance to their tunes like other so-called celebrities from the same industry. Recently when he was asked about his opinions on the protests against CAA, Ajay nonchalantly spoke, “ he was asked about his views on the ongoing anti CAA protests, Ajay Devgn had this to say  “This is a democracy. The establishment has an opinion, and there are those who do not agree with that opinion. Everyone should have the right to express their opinion. Violence is not the answer. Instead of fighting, things should be settled amicably, so that the aam janta doesn’t suffer.”

In today’s times, when the elite club of Bollywood is leaving no stone unturned to incite violence in the name of protests against CAA, there are people like Ajay Devgn as well, for whom national interests reign supreme.
