Maninder S Sirsa and Punjab CM Amarinder Singh, have gone hammer and tongs after Fawad Chaudhry, Pakistan’s science minister after the latter posted a provocative tweet in an attempt to interfere in India’s internal matters. Chaudhary had tweeted, “I appeal to all Punjabis in Indian army to refuse to be part of injustice and deny duty in Kashmir.” Chaudhary had spewed venom in his tweet in both Punjabi and English language, in a naive attempt to incite Punjabis, serving in the Indian Army, to deny duty in Kashmir.

Fawad Chaudhry probably didn’t know that his provocative tweet would turn out to be counter productive. Captain Amarinder Singh, Punjab chief minister and an Army veteran, took on the Pakistani minister who seems more qualified to be a useless Twitter troll than a minister. Singh tweeted, ” Stop trying to interfere in India’s internal matter. And let me tell you that the Indian Army is a disciplined and nationalist force, unlike your Army @fawadchaudhry. Your provocative statement will not work, nor will the Soldiers in our Army follow your divisive diktats. @adgpi.”

Apart from Amarinder Singh, Manjinder S Sirsa, national spokesperson of the Akali Dal also rebuked the Pakistani minister Fawad Chaudhry for his divisive calls.

The terrorist country has been living in frustration ever since India abrogated Article 370 that granted special status to Jammu & Kashmir and also bifurcated the state into two Union Territories- Ladakh and Jammu & Kashmir, which would come into effect from October 31, Sardar Patel’s birth anniversary. Pakistan tried propagating against India’s move at an international level. However, the terrorist country failed to garner any support from any other country or any supra national forum. This only aggravated Pakistan’s frustration over the recent move. Pakistan is clearly finding it hard to manage its frustration and desperation over India’s move. Earlier, even Pakistan PM, Imran Khan had gone to the extent of extending terror threats, as he warned of more Pulwama type bombings. Unable to fathom, India’s move on Kashmir, Pakistan went on to expose itself as a country endorsing terrorism.

Having failed in all its attempts to harm India in any way after India abrogated Article 370, the Pakistani minister Fawad Chaudhry  now tried to engineer a rift in the Indian Army. However, what he does not understand is the fact that the Indian Army is a thoroughly professional, disciplined, dedicated and nationalistic army, unlike its Pakistani counterpart. The manner in which he was schooled by the Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh and Manjinder Sirsa would have left the entire Pakistani establishment red faced and embarrassed.
