Addressing the national convention of the All India Congress Committee (AICC) Minority Department, Congress President Rahul Gandhi said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a “coward” and moreover BJP, RSS and their supporters have a “coward’s DNA”. This is nothing short of an insult to all Indians who have supported and given mandate to PM Modi.
Further lashing out at the Prime Minister, the Gandhi Scion stated, “The Prime Minister’s chest is not 56 inches but merely 4 inches and cowardice is in BJP-RSS’ DNA. If you look at Modi, you can clearly see the nervousness, the fear. He is so scared that now he is not able to give speeches the way he used to. He is not able to speak on farmers, the youth or unemployment, he is so scared”. These statements of the Congress President are nothing but blatant lies as PM Modi has countered the Gandhi Scion on these same issues numerous times. Rahul Gandhi has made claims of wanting to debate the PM time and again but when the Union Textile Minister Smriti Irani challenged him in his own Lok Sabha constituency he ran away.

However, Indians do not take this display of condescension kindly. Even PM Modi faced the wrath of the Indian electorate during the assembly elections of Bihar in 2015. While campaigning for the assembly elections of Bihar, PM Modi alleged the Lalu-Nitish duo (ally partner at that time) of benefiting a particular community and said, “These leaders (Nitish, Lalu) are making a devious plan. They are conspiring to take away the five percent reservation of Dalits, Mahadalits, backwards and extremely backwards and give it to a particular community”. The statement backfired on the BJP and Mahagathbandhan of Lalu-Nitish and made a clean sweep by winning 178 seats in the Bihar Assembly Elections.
An important point to make note of here is that if a symbolic statement on the secular and democratic thread of the state can lose the saffron party a state then what will happen to the Congress party and its president Rahul Gandhi who attempted to malign the entire nation and its Prime Minister. The insult to Indian voters will cost Rahul Gandhi dearly.
Moreover, few days back, speaking at the ‘Jan Aakansha Rally’ in Patna, Rahul Gandhi said that Bihar has become the ‘centre of unemployment’. Taking a dig at PM Modi (something the Gandhi scion does for every problem), Rahul Gandhi said, “What have you done for Patna University? What have you done for the employment of the youths of Bihar?” Congress President added that Nalanda University and Patna University used to be popular all over the globe for providing quality education. “But now, Bihar is no more a centre of education. It is the centre of unemployment,” he added.

It is not unusual for the Congress President Rahul Gandhi to embarrass himself, but attacking the Indian voters is a new low even for his own standard. Rahul Gandhi has a habit of getting “factually creative” during his speeches. His speeches gave rise to so many controversies and also betrayed his lack of knowledge with respect to domestic affairs and international affairs, and an immense lack of common sense and logic.
Rahul Gandhi has once again proved that he does not care for the people of India and dignity of the post of PM and went on to denigrate the state and the people of India just for the sake of cheap political gains.
