Following the buzz created by the announcement, the first look poster of the PM biopic has been unveiled. Titled ‘PM Narendra Modi’, the biopic stars actor Vivek Oberoi in the titular role of the iconic BJP leader, PM Narendra Modi.
Directed by Omung Kumar, and produced by Suresh Oberoi and Sandip Singh, the movie’s first look poster was launched in a grand ceremony by the incumbent CM of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra Fadnavis. The poster was unveiled in 23 languages, including English and Hindi. The efforts look genuine behind the poster, and the movie quote is also in alignment with the ideals of the iconic PM : ‘Deshbhakti hi Meri Shakti Hai!’ (Only patriotism is my strength)
According to the sources, the makers behind the movie were working on the project for the past 2 years. The film is expected to go on floors soon and will apparently cover the journey of PM Modi from his humble beginnings to his rise as the PM. The film is most likely to release between either late 2019 or early 2020 if all goes well.
Film trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed the same as he posted the following tweet:

Besides, this is not the first time that a biopic had been proposed on the life of PM Modi. Talks for the same were on, even when Modi was merely announced as the PM candidate for BJP in 2013. Paresh Rawal was purported to do the role in an untitled project. However, for now, it looks like Vivek Oberoi has pipped him in the race for the PM Modi biopic.
Moreover, this is the third time that Vivek Oberoi is portraying a character based on a real-life person. Way back in 2002, Vivek had made his debut with Company, where he essayed the role of dreaded gangster Chhota Rajan, even if with a fictional name. He had also portrayed the role of controversial politician Paritala Ravi in the Rakht Charitra franchise. Given how hardly noticeable he is in the poster, we hope that he does full justice to this role.
Despite the brickbats thrown by the usual suspects, the first look poster of PM Modi biopic has gained widespread fame. Given that Congress is already rattled by the projects such as ‘The Accidental Prime Minister’, ‘The Tashkent Files’ etc. As such, they’d be rattled no doubt by the announcement of PM Modi biopic. Should the film succeed, it would be nothing less than a living nightmare for the Congress-backed left liberal ecosystem, who are desperate to get back into power by any means.
