After the cricket-field, battlefield and International Court of Justice, now India has humiliated Pakistan in Thailand court. In another huge victory for India at International level, a criminal court in Thailand has directed the repatriation of Gangster Sayyed Muzakkir Muddassar Hussain aka Munna Jhingada, a close associate of Chhota Shakeel.

The Thai court observed that gangster Munna Jhingada is an Indian citizen while rubbishing the arguments advanced by Pakistan. The associate of Pakistan based gangster Chhota Shakeel has been lodged in a Thailand jail since 2000. The case against him had been under trial since April 2017, both Indian and Pakistan claimed his nationality. His extradition has been a bone of contention between India and Pakistan. India had been trying to bring Jhingada back to the country but Pakistan had been against all such attempts.

In April 2018, the Thai court had permitted the deposition of 41 Pakistani witnesses who were endeavoring to establish that Jhingada is of Pakistan origin. During the deposition, the witnesses also testified about his second wife and children who are living in Pakistan.

According to reports, Pakistan’s infamous investigating agency-ISI- had even forged a passport in their effort to win his custody by proving that Jhingada is a Pakistani citizen.

In order to protect the interests of Dawood Ibrahim gang, Pakistan had created fake evidences. However, the Thai criminal court ruled out all the fake evidences presented by Pakistan. It is no hidden secret that Dawood gang is supported and protected by notorious Pakistani intelligence agency-ISI. It is believed that Jhingada has close links to all top henchmen of the Dawood Ibrahim gang and their nexus with the Pakistani government and the ISI.

India provided more solid evidence to prove Jhingada’s Indian nationality. Indian authorities submitted dossiers which were prepared by the CBI and the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA). Dossier had Jhingada’s fingerprints, birth and death certificates of his daughter, and DNA samples from his kin, residential proof and college documents. On the grounds of these evidences, India successfully proved that he is an Indian citizen. As a result of this, now Jhingada will be repatriated to India.

Gangster Munna Jhingada had fled to Dubai and then to Karachi in 1999 to join the gang of Dawood Ibrahim. Later on, he became a close aide of Chhota Shakeel. On his order, Jhingada carried out an attack on Chhota Rajan in Thailand in 2000 and was also convicted for it. He was arrested in the year 2002 and charged with attempt to murder. He was then thrown behind bars for 14 years.

Indian authorities moved to Thai court asking for Jhingada’s extradition on the grounds that there are arrays of cases against him and he is one of India’s most wanted criminals. After a long legal battle, India finally managed to get his custody and also humiliated Pakistan once again. India also sent a very strong message to Pakistan that today it is this man and tomorrow it will be their blued eyed boy Dawood Ibrahim.
