Kerala has become the hotbed for violent communist and radical Jihadi terror outfits. There have been countless cases of killings of RSS and BJP workers carried out in broad daylight under the communist regime. The outrageous display of violence running amok in Kerala’s streets has been largely neglected by the national media. Had it gotten media coverage, the whole world would have been shocked at the way communists treat people who dissent with the Red brigade. The average Hindu of Kerala today feels threatened and is not allowed to voice his or her opinions. The reason is simple; freedom to express in a society comes to a halt when the freedom to use knives and swords is given to a group of people.

The majority of the left leaning news and media houses have chosen not to cover the dark side of their comrades.  They chose not to report about the shameful activities of their brothers who have decided to paint Kerala, after the color of their party, RED.

All was not lost in Kerala, but it seems to be slipping away really fast. The situation is going out of hand as the police too seem to have come under complete control of the communist government. The police have repeatedly abetted and helped the perpetrators in getting away, while they have suspiciously failed to protect the BJP/RSS workers from the atrocities of communist regime.

Sreejith, a 26 year old BJP supporter from Kerala died after suffering assault in the police custody. A surprising incident but not the most surprising one, the chronology of the case goes like this-

On Friday the 6th of April, 2018, a few men reportedly assaulted K.M. Vasudevan, a 54 year old ex-CPI (M) member, at his house in Kerala. The men also threatened his family members.

K.M. Vasudevan committed suicide on Friday. A case was registered at the behest of Vasudevan’s family against 14 men who had barged into the house to threaten Vasudevan.

The police in plain clothes picked up Sreejith on Saturday the 7th of April in early morning. Sreejith was taken into police custody and charged with abatement of suicide, breaking into a house and rioting.

Sreejith, according to his family, was tortured while in custody by the Varappuzha police during the time he was kept in custody. Sreejith’s wife Mamata had moved to the Human Rights Commission alleging torture done on Sreejith in police custody. The family of Sreejith also spoke about him suffering from abdominal pain while in custody. The police had not provided him medical aid even after repeated requests.

Sreejith was admitted in a private hospital on Sunday at 3:45 am in the morning with complaints of stomach ache and difficulty in passing urine. The doctors assessed and performed a surgery immediately after they detected an internal injury to his small intestine. He was shifted to the Emergency care unit post operation. His condition, however, worsened on Monday afternoon and he died at 6:45 pm.

The post mortem reports conducted by police surgeon Dr Zakaria found injury marks all over Sreejith’s body. The treatment documents from the private hospital in Kochi where Sreejith was admitted mentioned major injuries on lower abdomen and small intestine, and some swellings on his chest as well. His internal organs were badly damaged according to the reports.

Human Rights Commission chairperson Mohandas, who had met Sreejith in the hospital on Monday, said: “We suspect it to be a case of custodial torture leading to death. I have spoken to the doctors and family members and believe that the injury was caused when he was in custody. I have instructed the DGP for an SP-level probe and sought a detailed report. Also, Varappuzha sub-inspector G S Deepak has been asked to be personally present in the next hearing on April 23.”

This kind of misuse of power and torture would have made headlines anywhere in a BJP ruled state. Commonly used terms such as, failure of BJP, uncontrolled police in BJP ruled state would have broken the internet. The only reason this has not happened is because Kerala is a communist ruled state, the ‘honest media’s’ true colors will stay hidden till they have a monopoly on news and opinions.
