When Times Now exposed a narco test, which demolished the castle of myth named ‘Saffron or Hindu Terror’, we cringed in horror at how low a government with so called liberal ideals could stoop to protect its own rule, putting the lives of millions of Indians, especially Hindus and Sikhs, at risk. We were seething in anger at why the government is not taking any action against such people, primarily the dynasty who should not be named, for defaming and humiliating the community, who is the essence of India.
It turns out now, that they really don’t need to. There has been a trend that anybody, who has tried to openly challenge the autocratic Nehru Gandhi dynasty, has either been humiliated to death like one of our best PMs, PV Narasimha Rao, or murdered without leaving any evidence behind, as in the case of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay etc. But when the same is applied to a man named Dr. Subramanian Swamy, he asks with a smirk, ‘Eh, What’s that?’
A living nightmare for the Nehru Gandhi dynasty, Dr. Subramanian Swamy has never let the Gandhis live in the peace. A maverick of his own class, who boldly challenged the dictatorial authority of the ‘mother son duo’ right in the heart of the Parliament, he has vociferously campaigned for an India with a powerful leadership, and an unadulterated agenda. Many might not agree with him, but none can mock his achievements. Had it not been for the short lived term of Chandra Shekhar as the Prime Minister, it would have been Subramanian Sway, who would have been rightly credited with having created the blueprint for the liberalization program, which catapulted India from the status of a sleeping giant to one of the world’s fastest growing economies, and not usurped by an overrated economist from Cambridge, Dr. Manmohan Singh.
Now, Dr. Subramanian Swamy, after having dragged the Gandhis to the court for minting illegal stashes of money through a defunct paper, National Herald, would prosecute Sonia Gandhi, Ahmed Patel and ex Home cum Finance Minister, P Chidambaram, for maliciously propagating the myth of ‘Hindu / Saffron Terror’.
In case you haven’t got a clue of what I am talking about, let me take you back to a date: Sunday, 18th February 2007. The ‘Aman ki Asha’ campaign was on its prime. India and Pakistan were never so peaceful as they were in this time, when they were rocked off their peaceful sleep by the brutal Samjhauta Express blasts in early morning, when the train passed off the region of Diwana, near Panipat district, Haryana. The bombs, detonated in two carriages filled with passengers, resulted in 68 deaths and 50 non fatal injuries.
Within 12 days, the first arrest, that of a Pakistani illegally residing in India, was made. However, what followed would put most dictators to shame, in the way government twisted the entire system to satisfy its whims and fancies , and humiliated a community already oppressed and shamed by the agents of the so called Indian secularism.
What followed looked like the case which inspired the entire plot of ‘Jolly LLB 2’. An officer involved in this case, who has now retired, has exposed with precision how the concerned officials not only twisted the entire plot, on the instructions of their employers, but also let the chief accused go scot free, just to fulfill their agenda. This isn’t surprising, for this is the same Congress, who had mocked the bravery of Inspector Mohan Chand Sharma, Ashoka Chakra, in the Batala House Encounter, and shed copious tears for the slain terrorists.
The whistleblower here, Hardeep [name changed ] revealed before a court that a Pakistani national, Azmat Ali, who had no legal documents, was arrested within a fortnight of the incident, but was allowed to return to his country, without any hassles. Such audacity reminds me of the benevolence Shri Rajiv Gandhi showed towards the chief accused of the Bhopal Gas Tragedy, Warren Anderson, who was let off within a week of his arrest, and sent back with honors, never to return to India again.
“I was summoned for cross examining on June 9. He (Ali) was discharged by the officials. The court had granted 14-day custody to police… police had visited all cities and places where he (Ali) had stayed. We had verified … the team which interrogated him comprised DIG RC Mishra, Additional DGP Haryana, SP Crime…. and others,” he said.
But to his own shock, the state, the police and the judiciary conspired to give the prime accused a bail on the grounds of ‘lack of evidence’. Then, post a top official meeting behind closed doors, the angle of Hindu terror was kicked up for the first time, and Swami Aseemanand and Sunil Joshi were indicted for the same. Then the same people ask, when rightfully indicted, ‘Why can’t you respect us?’
“…the Haryana Police wanted to grill the arrested man but he was allowed to return to Pakistan despite the fact the he was not carrying passport, documents… This is a clear betrayal… this can’t be possible without Sonia Gandhi’s intervention. This must be probed thoroughly,” BJP leader Subramanian Swamy said.
It is this very evil that compelled Subramanian Swamy to don the legal cloak again, and file a case against the alleged perpetrators who were instrumental in creating the castle of Hindu terror in the air. Of the three mentioned, P. Chidambaram is the most dangerous one, as he was the person who deliberately destroyed records proving the crimes of dreaded terrorist Ishrat Jahan, later glorified on his very instructions, just to appease a special community who must not be named or brought to the book.
Well, with this, we have to admit, till the time people like Subramanian Swamy are alive, we need not fear any force trying to destroy India from within.
