Celebrated novelist, Ayn Rand once said ‘There is no difference between Communism and Socialism, except in the means of achieving the same ultimate end. Communism proposes to enslave men by force, Socialism-by vote. It is merely the difference between murder and suicide”.
Socialism and other Leftist ideologies thrive by creating hatred among people, against slights, perceived or imaginary, thereby creating so-called revolutionary masses that become the vanguard of this odious and baleful ideology.
The first step towards an eventual Leftist takeover is the enslavement of the mind and subversion of the majoritarian discourse. It is for this precise reason that Leftists of all shades and hues proclaim their hatred for organized religion. After all, organized religion has sought to create a social order, while Leftists thrive in anarchy.
India has been under the influence of Leftist intellectuals for almost all of its independent history. The result of this has been blatant falsification of history and undermining moral ideals. This has resulted in a situation where many Indians are ashamed of their own glorious history and would want nothing more than obliteration of their own motherland or at least pawning her off to the altars of Leftist thoughts. It is for this precise reason that Leftists relish hypocrisy.
While crying tears of blood over animal sacrifice in temples, they oppose any attempts to curtail cow-slaughter. While claiming to champion rights of women to worship at Shani-Shingnapur, they maintain stoic silence over Haji Ali issue. While clamouring for stricter punishments against Dowry and other social evils, they support the Mullahs and Ulemas on odious practices such as Triple Talaq.
Over a period of time, this leftist virus, so completely overpowers a person’s thinking faculties that he/she is unable to even discern right from wrong, eventually becoming a mere pawn in the hands of Leftists.
This is precisely what happened to Barun Kashyap a film executive, who in August had penned a lengthy Facebook post on how he was harassed by some Autowallahs in Mumbai, when they spotted him with a leather briefcase. Not only was he harassed but apparently assaulted as well, before being let off.
At a time, when Gau-Rakshaks were making news everywhere, this was a matter that drew the ire of Leftist-liberals. At one point, Maharashtra CM, Devendra Fadnavis was also apprised of the matter. As happened elsewhere, there were usual rants on Maharashtra becoming a Hindutva laboratory and how personal freedoms were being crushed under a Hindu fascist regime.
It now emerges that Barun Kashyap was lying through his teeth. He had concocted the whole story to set off a nationwide rift between Hindus and Muslims.
Barun Kashyap has apparently also told the Police that he did all this because he hates Hindus. Aside from his lying, which one could for a moment ignore as the hyperactive imaginations of a 24-year old child, what is most appalling and thought disquieting is the fact that Barun casually seems to state that he hates Hindus.
What kind of education, what kind of societal moulding, what kind of mangled thought process could result in someone asserting that he hates Hindus, or for that matter any other community. That someone hates Hindus so much that he was prepared to set off nationwide riots, by stating a minor fib is incomprehensible. And this is where the Leftist angle comes in again.
Leftist thought moulds the mind in a way that makes a person feel ashamed of his/her own self be it in terms of ancestry, or religion, or nationality etc. By subverting the human mind, Leftist thought produces a Zombie, or worse still a madman who is willing to go to any limits to erase the sin of his past. Like new converts who persecute members of their former ilk with missionary zeal, Leftist brainwashing produces a Man-bot, who is human in appearance but whose mind has forever been re-programmed.
Coming back to Barun Kashyap’s case, it also emerges that this is not the first time that Barun Kashyap had confessed to the Police. But the last time he had done so, he had retracted his statement and approached Preeti Menon, of the AAP for legal assistance.
It seems that the AAP is increasingly becoming the refuge of all scoundrels. The Police are also investigating if Preeti Menon herself was involved in helping Barun Kashyap fabricate the entire story. Be that as it may, it is scary to imagine that India is infested by such a band of fifth columnists, who are ready to turn against her and wreck her from within. More importantly, many of such maggots and vermin are deified by our media and the public as eminent intellectuals. Like the Judas Goat that leads cattle to its sacrifice, it is scary to imagine that these ’eminent intellectuals’ are actively plotting to lead India to its utter ruin.
For too long, Leftist thought has been allowed to thrive in India. Its result has been a generation of Indians who are either unaware of their civilization or worse still, ashamed of it. If India is to take its rightful place in the comity of nations, India must be a nation, proud of its history and yet not shackled by it. That is possible only if this gangrenous Leftist thought is amputated from its body. There was a reason why Communists were so widely despised and so brutally hunted in Europe in the early 20th century. It is a great tragedy that in spite of all attempts to crush it, Communism survived, thrived and mutated into widely acceptable ideologies. Barun Kashyap is the product of these false ideologies. We must do all that we can to ensure that there are no more Barun Kashyaps in the future.
Like Lenin once said prophetically ‘Give me 4 years to teach the children and the seed I have sown will never be uprooted’. Tragically, Generations of Human beings have ended up becoming Lenin’s slaves.
