BJP to build a temple for its star campaigner, Shri Rahul Gandhi

The Bharatiya Janata Party, a party known for its broad-minded views and celebrated for its quality of tolerance, displayed another example of its big heart.

The BJP has unanimously decided to build a temple for Rahul Gandhi in Amethi, to show how grateful and indebted they are to have him as the Vice President of the Indian National Congress.

Speaking to journalists, Rajnath singh said “He is the saviour we were looking for. I am not sure if he revived the Congress party but he definitely played a major role in our resurrection.”

When asked about the reason for choosing Amethi, he said, “Amethi is the birthplace of Shri Rahul Gandhi in Indian politics. It’s the most auspicious place for the temple. Not only that, our astrologer has confirmed that we’ll gain maximum electoral benefit in upcoming assembly elections by building a temple there.”

Features of the temple

The temple will house many smaller temples in its premises. The main temple will contain a giant idol of Sonia Gandhi with Rahul baba in her lap. It will also house idols of Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi and chacha Nehru.

Another attraction will be the Navagraha temple. It will contain the idols of Digvijay Singh, Sheila Dixit, Manmohan Singh, Milind Deora and Mani Shankar Aiyar among others.

Sources confirmed that this development has spooked Mayawati, who has now promised to build an even bigger temple for herself after winning the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections.

Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi was seen actively campaigning for the BJP in Bihar by not being there.
