You may choose to ignore him but Arvind Kejriwal is Actually Making India first

Stressing on the need to ‘Making India’ first, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, ‘Make in India’ initiative, which is a new national program designed to make India into a global manufacturing hub(Source: NDTV)

And every single word of his advice was true. Arvind Kejriwal unlike Modi is not about Rockstar shows and tall promises but about realizable goals, meticulous planning and timely delivery. I analyzed how Shri Kejriwal is making India first by building once extremely corrupt Delhi bit by bit and these are my findings:

Delhi Janlokpal Bill: In order to ensure a time-bound investigation in matters of corruption, the Delhi Janlokpal bill was enforced immediately after Arvind Kejriwal formed Government in Delhi. This was first feather in Kejriwal’s much acclaimed “Make India First” hat.

Swaraj Bill: As Janlokpal Bill began cracking down on the corrupt officials and bureaucrats with great vengeance and furious anger (Read Ezekiel 25:17), Swaraj Bill was enforced too. The power was directly devolved to the people. As a pilot project People of Delhi unanimously participated in increasing the VAT rates

Electricity Bills reduced to almost nothing: Kejriwal led Aam Aadmi Party government kept its promise of reducing electricity bills by reducing it to apparently nothing. Yes that’s right Electricity Bills have ceased to be a part of Delhi Wallah’s dreaded monthly expenditure list.

Delhi’s Own Power Station: A power station has been created for Delhi which is able to meet peak power consumption of 6200MW. The location of the power plant is currently hidden but experts point out that it is somewhere inside one of those huge construction pits in Connaught Place. Solving Delhi’s water woes: Arvind Kejriwal a great devotee of Yamuna Mata (NaMo being a Ganga Devotee is a myth my friends) successfully revived the river and increased the water table of the state apparently by cracking down on corruption. Now every Delhi Wallah has access to lifetime water, all for free.

Public Toilets: AAP built a record number of toilets in Delhi. As per the experts, the massive downfall in number of Dengue cases this year can be accredited to this noble initiative of the Delhi Government. While Modi falsely propagandizes in the name of cleanliness, Arvind Kejriwal walks the talk.

New Schools: Within 5 months of being in power, AAP built hundreds of new schools which ensure that every Delhi child has easy access to quality education. The fees for all private schools have been regulated, now the schools cannot ask for more than ten lakhs as development fee, or registration fee or capitation fees or Chanda or whatever they call it.

Increased Spending on Healthcare: As mentioned above, Arvind Kejriwal made sure that every penny in the state treasury is spent in making sure the dreaded dengue and similar seasonal ailments don’t haunt Delhi this time. And the result is for everyone to see. Experts suggest that 99% of the fund was spent on radio advertisements that inform the people about Dengue and the possible causes of it while rest of it was spent in medicines and arranging for new beds.

CCTVs: Delhi is now known as the city of CCTVs, trillions of CCTVs now guard every street in the city. The CCTVs along with a positive state-police collaboration (and of course some amazing law ministers) have made Delhi a heaven for citizens and a hell for hooligans.

Speedy Justice: Yes, Arvind Kejriwal proved his commitment to justice by overseeing the detention of Tomar and issue of non-bailable warrant against Somnath Bharti. Like charity justice also begins at home

Women’s Security: Arvind Kejriwal has become the new mascot for all feminists across the world. He first publicly extoled the lady who attacked an officer on duty. He then went ahead and praised a girl who in her quest to become an Internet Sensation posted picture of an unsuspecting guy and made every media house call him Delhi Molester

Wi-Fi Delhi: Yes, Delhi is the first state in the Milky Way to be fully Wi-Fi connected. Every street, every Pan Dukaan, Every Auto, Thela, Haath Gadi have CISCO routers installed on them. Mark Zuckerberg has invited him for a town hall meet at FB headquarters later this decade.

Metro Expansion: Arvind Kejriwal flagged two much awaited Metro lines Light Green Line that connects Gurgaon with Dwarka and Dark Green Line that connects Saket and Janakpuri. Those trains are believed to be working under the underground tracks and daily commuters do not wish to reveal their secret.
So we see how Kejriwal is Making India first by Making Delhi first. His success as the CM of Delhi goes on to show that Chai Wallahs can only sell chais while degree Wallahs can achieve the impossible.
