The red pot has been overflowing with the falsehoods of the Islamo-Leftist ecosystem, leading to internal discord among its members. Some have chosen to abandon their responsibility, refusing to bear the weight of the pot full of lies upon their shoulders any longer. Youtuber Meghnad S and former Associate Editor of Newslaundry who has been an integral part of the Leftist ecosystem is contesting the Delhi Assembly elections from the Malviya Nagar Constituency as an independent candidate. The Leftist ecosystem is excited about it with many from the cabal having come forward promoting Meghnad S and urging their audience to vote for him in the upcoming Delhi election. But the same Meghnad, has come out to crumble down the lies perpetrated by his ecosystem since years regarding the Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) used in the Indian Elections.
At the latest, former Associate Editor of Newslaundry Meghnad announced during his live stream that he no longer harbors doubts about Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) he once instilled and has regained faith in democracy. He shared that after discussing his concerns with Election Commission officials and EVM engineers, he received clear and satisfactory explanations addressing all his doubts regarding EVM hacking.
Meghnad praised the officials and engineers for their patience and transparency, emphasizing that they were exceptionally helpful in clarifying every query he had. He acknowledged that he had previously been skeptical about the functioning of EVMs and had conducted multiple streams on the subject. However, after this direct interaction, he is now convinced and assured that EVMs cannot be hacked. Meghnad also lashed out at the Opposition parties and asked them to act more responsibly. He mentioned that the Election Commission offers full assistance, allowing candidates to review all details and address any doubts they may have regarding the electoral process or EVMs.
Though he presented himself as being skeptical in the past, Meghnad along with his fellow Islamo-Leftist contemporaries have fueled the doubts over EVMs plenty of times undermining the people’s faith over the Democratic Institutions of India which is nothing but concerning. The Election Commission has come forward many a time neutralizing the baseless claims of EVM hacking and debunking myths surrounding the EVMs with proper reasoning. But still there exists an ecosystem who pops up everytime shouting the same rhetoric everytime their favourite political parties get thrashed in the electoral war.
Also, before batting for Meghnad S in the election, one must look at the troubling resume he has when it comes to opinions on socio-politico-religious subjects. Meghnad S has served as the Associate Editor of Newslaundry, the same platform notorious for spreading stereotypes, half baked truths and bigotry against the Hindu community.
While Meghnad is campaigning for his electoral debut in the National Capital, one of the tweets is being spread across the social media platforms where he could be seen urging India’s enemy country China to bomb Delhi. “Dear China, if you plan to bomb India, please target New Delhi. That way, most of the assholes on this planet will die”, his tweet said. Ironically, this is the same Delhi where Meghnad is planning to contest his election. The tweet made by the former Associate editor of Newslaundry is enough to point out at the bitterness he instills for the National Capital and its people. Moreover, Meghnad is known for spreading fake news on many occasions, one of them being regarding the filing of nomination by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the 2024 General Elections.
Hours after Prime Minister Narendra Modi filed his nomination from the Varanasi Lok Sabha constituency on May 14 2024, former Newslaundry Associate Editor Meghnad accused the Election Commission of favoring the BJP leader. However, his claims were misleading and lacked factual backing. One of Meghnad’s key assertions was that PM Modi did not require ten proposers to file his nomination, unlike independent candidate and comedian Shyam Rangeela. He insinuated that the Election Commission deliberately imposed stricter requirements on opposition candidates. However, as per the Representation of the People Act, 1951, only independent candidates and those from unrecognized parties require ten proposers. Candidates from recognized national parties, such as the BJP, need just one.
Despite needing only one proposer, PM Modi was nominated by four individuals, including Pandit Ganeshwar Shastri, RSS member Baijnath Patel, Lalchand Kushwaha, and Sanjay Sonkar. The Election Commission had also clarified that having additional proposers does not hinder the nomination process. Despite these facts, Meghnad continued pushing his narrative, questioning the presence of multiple camera angles during PM Modi’s nomination. However, no evidence supported his baseless claims of the Election Commission providing special treatment to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
