Animal:

August is all set to make the Indian theaters alive and kicking, and it seems director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has decided to make the most. Known for films like “Arjun Reddy” and the rather successful remake of the same, “Kabir Singh”, Sandeep Reddy Vanga is all set to go out all guns blazing, with the likes of Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor at the helm of affairs.

Gadar 2:

However, it looks like Sandeep Reddy Vanga is not going to enjoy a free run, for director Anil Sharma has decided to release the much talked about sequel of his eponymous classic “Gadar”. Starring Sunny Deol once again as Tara Singh, the franchise moves forward to 1971, and how Tara Singh once again goes back to Pakistan to save his beloved.

Maidaan:

It is a mystery as to why a movie, with such a stellar cast, and such an intriguing premise, has not yet hit the theatres. Starring Ajay Devgn in the lead role, and based on the golden era of Indian football, the movie is directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma, who has “Badhaai Ho” to his credit. One hopes that the movie brings a refreshing relief to both the box office, as well as movie lovers, who are yearning for an authentic, no-nonsense sports drama!

Jawan:

It seems that Bollywood is dead serious about making their foray into the Pan India segment, with Shahrukh Khan bankrolling “Jawan”. With actors like himself, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi etc. in principal roles, and popular filmmaker Atlee Kumar directing the same, Shahrukh is aiming for a decisive return to Indian cinema. However, only time will tell whether “Jawan” will restore SRK’s status as a bankable star, or will go on to prove that “Pathaan” was nothing but a smartly executed PR stunt.

Salaar:

Following the mega disaster “Adipurush”, this is not just a film anymore. It is a matter of survival for Prabhas, once hailed as a popular Pan India star, but now a shadow of his glorious past. Directed by “KGF” fame Prashanth Neel, this movie is touted to be an extension of the “Rockyverse”, and none should be surprised if Salaar and Rocky Bhai actually join hands within the film itself!

LEO:

This Navratri will be huge, should everything go right. Amongst the flurry of releases just before Vijayadashami will be LEO, directed by upcoming sensation Lokesh Kanagaraj. Starring Joseph Vijay aka “Thalapathy”, Sanjay Dutt, Trisha Krishnan in principal roles, the movie is touted to be an extension of the much talked about LOKIVERSE, and should things turn out to be right, LEO might be just the thing audience demands: a power packed entertainer!

The Vaccine War:

Following the success of “The Kashmir Files”, director Vivek Agnihotri has decided to make it big. His next caper, “The Vaccine War”, covers the response of INDIA to the COVID 19 pandemic, and how against all odds, the Indian vaccines did not only save the nation, but also showed the global medical community as to why India is not a nation to be messed with. This movie has a stellar cast, with Nana Patekar, Sapthami Gowda and Raima Sen in principal roles.

Tiger 3:

This movie will determine whether Salman Khan will thrive or pack up his bags. On paper, this seems to be a strong movie, with a director like Maneesh Sharma, and actors like Emraan Hashmi, Vishal Jethwa, alongside Katrina Kaif at the front. Apparently, Gopi, i.e., Ranveer Shorey, is all set to return to this franchise. However, it is the Diwali fest, as well as the content of the movie, that will decide the fate of Avinash Singh Rathore, aka Tiger, for both the box office and the Indian cinema.

Sam Bahadur:

This project is make or break for Meghna Gulzar. All set to hit the screens on 1 December, this is not just a movie, this is an attempt to bring the legendary warrior, Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw’s life on screen. Following the surprise success of “Zara Hatke Zara Bachke”, all eyes shall be on Vicky Kaushal, who will be essaying the titular role.

Hanuman:

Following the epidemic called “Adipurush”, people will now be focused on this Prashanth Varma directorial. Based on the exploits of Pavanputra Hanuman, the movie is a modern-day tribute to the legacy of the most devout follower of Prabhu Shri Ram, and the teaser was enough to make many cinema buffs go crazy.
