In a heartwarming turn of events, Rekha Singh, who lost her husband Naik Deepak Singh in the Galwan Valley clashes between India and China in 2020, has been commissioned into the Indian Army three years after her husband’s death. Singh’s husband, Naik Deepak Singh, was among the 20 Indian soldiers who lost their lives in the violent clash with Chinese troops in Ladakh.
