Bombay HC castigates Mamata Banerjee for being unpatriotic

Bombay High Court rejected her petition and approved the action against Mamta.

Mamata Banerjee petition

Mamata Banerjee petition : Some people love to live in paddock. They don’t care about the outside world, and they are the “undeclared emperor” of this world, but sometimes their illusion breaks very badly, like Mamata Banerjee’s.

What’s the problem?

Recently, Mamata Banerjee got a big blow when the Bombay High Court rejected her petition and approved the action against Mamta. A bench of Justice Amit Borkar dismissed the petition, challenging the January 2023 session court order.

The sessions court had sent the application seeking action in the case of insulting the national anthem to the magistrate’s court for reconsideration.

While Mamta Banerjee wanted that this application should be cancelled. But in this context West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has not got relief from the Bombay High Court.

However, what was the matter, and for what reason did Mamata Banerjee want no action to be taken against her? The fact is, in December 2021, Mamta Banerjee reached Yashwantrao Chavan Auditorium in Mumbai for a program. She remained seated till the national anthem was played in the program. Then suddenly woke up. After singing 2 lines of the national anthem, she left the venue in the middle of the national anthem.

BJP leader Vivekanand Gupta had complained about this in March 2022. After which summons was issued to the CM of Bengal. In the same case, BJP leader Vivekanand Gupta had filed a complaint against CM Mamta in the Metropolitan Magistrate’s court for insulting the national anthem.

The matter was of December 2021. On this complaint, the court had issued summons to Mamta Banerjee in March 2022. Mamta Banerjee challenged this summons in the sessions court. The court had sent the matter to the magistrate and asked to consider the complaint afresh.

This is not Bengal

That is why Mamta Banerjee had knocked on the door of the High Court. In this petition, Mamata Banerjee said that the sessions court should have canceled the summons forever and not sent the matter to the magistrate for reconsideration. But she probably forgot that there is a vast difference between the Bengal administration and the judiciary.

After hearing the matter, Justice Borkar said that the High Court need no interfere in the matter. The dominance of Mamata Banerjee in Bengal is not hidden from anyone. It is not a matter of much time, few months back there was a strange controversy in Bengal regarding Dearness Allowance [DA].

According to the government employees of Bengal, the dearness allowance provided by the Mamta administration is very less in line with the dearness allowance allocated by the central government, and therefore the increase in it has started in full swing and when the demands were unheard, the government employees of Bengal start protesting over the dearness allowance.

But Mamta Banerjee remained Mamta Banerjee, who does not care about the questions of the public.

According to Banerjee, They are always asking for more. How much more do I have to pay? It is no longer possible for our government to give more Dearness Allowance (DA). We don’t have money. We have given 3 percent additional DA. Now if you are not happy even with this, then cut off my head. How much more DA do you want?

For over readers, Till now we have not shed light on Mamta’s itch to continuously challenge the central government, otherwise you would know how Mamta Banerjee is determined to establish dictatorship in Bengal.

Her number after Rahul Gandhi?

So, the question arises: Will action be taken against Mamta Banerjee after Rahul Gandhi? It is too early to say, as the Bombay High Court has only approved the trial as of now. But as Mamta’s track record is, she may get out of jail on bail, but it is almost impossible to prove her innocent.

With this, the Bombay High Court made it clear that no matter how powerful a person is, he can never be above the law. Now it has to be seen whether Mamta Banerjee will be able to recover from this blow, or will she follow the path of Rahul Gandhi and pave the way for her destruction.
