Jain Monk Lokesh Muni silences Deobandi Taliban’s Arshad Madani’s claims on Hinduism

Jain Guru Lokesh Muni

Lokesh Muni silences Arshad Madani: Jains are known for their non-violent and respectful behaviour. But sometimes it is necessary to stand up to those who are violent or foolish, as the world can be cruel and the Gandhian philosophy of non-violence may not always be the best solution.

Recently, it took a courageous Jain monk Lokesh Muni to reveal the true nature of the Ganga Jamuni facade – a path that leads to the destruction of everything that is tolerant, diverse and peaceful.

True nature revealed

Maulana Arshad Madani, a senior leader of Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind, spoke out against RSS Chief Mohan Bhagawat’s comments on ‘ghar wapsi’ during the 34th convention of the organisation at the Ramlila Maidan in Delhi on the second day. He said “We (Muslims) have coexisted with non-Muslims for approximately 1400 years. We’ve never forced anyone to convert. Forceful conversions, in our opinion, can’t sustain for very long.”

Madani asserted that Allah sent Adam in India and Mohammad in Arabia, who the Hindus refer to as Manu and Muslims as Adam. According to him, the phrase “La ilaha illallah” originated in India and Adam and Manu worshipped the same God, which is Om. He continued, “Manu is our ancestor and you tell us to return home (revert to Sanatan Dharma). We will die but never forget our Allah.”

Representatives from various religious backgrounds were present at the event. However, Jain Guru Lokesh Muni disagreed with Madani’s comments and left the stage with the other religious leaders.

Lokesh Muni lambastes Madani

Notably, Maulana Arshad Madani, the current Principal of Darul Uloom Deoband, has become well-known for his provocative statements. Previously, he has praised the Taliban as heroes, likening them to Jawahar Lal Nehru and Mahatma Gandhi. Additionally, he has accused co-education of steering Muslim girls away from the Islamic faith.

Lokesh Muni, Jain Guru, spoke from the stage in response to Madani’s contentious declaration, conveying that Swami Chirnanand Saraswati Maharaj ji and Goswami Sushil Maharaj created an ambience of love and affection. He further said that, Paramjit Singh provided much-needed love and camaraderie from the Sikh community. But we do not agree with Madani Sahib’s statement after that.

At the same time Lokesh Muni said, “I want to request you. Let us only discuss matters of connection, let us focus on love. All these stories have been told. Om, Allah, Manu, this and that… I can tell four times the story than that. Madni Sahib, you are like my father. I challenge you for debate. You come to Delhi… or you call me to Saharanpur. I will come to Saharanpur.”

After this, Lokesh Muni declared that all others had discussed love and unity, however Madani Sahab’s words were utterly contrary. He narrated a narrative of his own. All of us strongly repudiated Madani Ji’s remarks.
