Radha Rani Mandir of Barsana, which is a Hindu religious place. This temple is located in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, Mathura, Barsana. This temple is completely dedicated to Radha. This place is an important religious place for the devotees of Krishna. Radha Rani Temple is situated on a hillock, whose height is about 250 meters. Which is in the middle of Barsana, so this hill is called the brain of Barsana. The Radha Rani temple is also known as ‘Barsane ki Ladli Ka Mandir’ and ‘Radha Rani Ka Mahal.’

History of this Temple

Radha Rani Mandir Barsana is about 400 years old. This temple was built by Raja Veer Singh in 1675 AD. Red and white stones have been used for the construction of the temple, which is considered a symbol of the love of Radha and Shri Krishna. The temple is reached by stairs whose number is about 108.

Radha Rani’s father’s name is Vrishabhanu and mother’s name is Kirti. Radha Rani was born 15 days after Janmashtami on Ashtami of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month. So for the people of Barsane, this place and day is very important.

The palace is one of the most beautiful structures in Barsana with a huge courtyard and garden, as well as spectacular fountains and water shows in the garden. The palace is truly stunning with great attention to detail in the art and sculptural works.

By Air- Indira Gandhi International Airport, which is at a distance of about 150 km from Radha Rani Temple and Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Airport Agra, which is at a distance of about 110 kms from Radha Rani Mandir Barsana. From here you can easily reach this temple by using local transport services or taxi.

By Train- Mathura Railway Station, which is at a distance of about 50.7 km from Radha Rani Mandir Barsana. From here you can easily reach this temple by using local transport services or taxi.

By Road– Roads to this temple are well connected with the other cities of the country so you can easily reach this temple by using your own vehicle or by any public buses or taxi from any part of the country.
