One of the major religious places of Ayodhya, the city of Lord Rama, Hanuman Garhi Mandir is a temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman, which has its own religious importance. This temple is situated on the top of a hill, to reach the temple devotees have to climb 76 steps.

The idol of Hanuman ji located in the Hanuman Garhi temple welcomes the devotees. There is a belief about Hanuman Garhi that the devotees who come here and make wishes with a true heart, God definitely fulfills their wishes.

Hanuman Garhi Mandir is open daily from 5.00 am to late night for the devotees to visit and for your information let us tell you that you must take 2-3 hours for a complete and pleasant visit to the temple.

Treta Ke Thakur

Treta Ke Thakur is an ancient temple located on the banks of the Sarayu River in Ayodhya. It is believed that the idols of Lord Rama are kept in this temple which were carved out of black sand stones in ancient times. It is also said about this temple that this is the place where Shri Ram performed Ashwamedh Yagya.

Kanak Bhavan

Kanak Bhavan is a major tourist attraction of Ayodhya, where earlier there was another temple. About which it is said that this temple was given by Lord Rama’s step mother Kaikeyi to Sita after her marriage. Please tell that later this temple was rebuilt by King Vikramaditya of the Paramara dynasty, which was rebuilt in 1891. Kanak Bhawan is one of the most attractive places in Ayodhya with amazing architecture that attracts everyone towards it.

By Air- The nearest airport from Hanuman Garhi Mandir is Faizabad Airport which is at a distance of 8 km. From here you can easily reach this temple by using local transport services or taxi.

By Train- The nearest railway station from Hanuman Garhi Mandir is Ayodhya railway station which is at a distance of 1.5 km from this temple. From here you can easily reach this temple by using local transport services or taxi.

By Road- Roads to this temple are well connected with the other cities of the country so you can easily reach Hanuman Garhi Mandir by using your own vehicle or by any public buses or taxi from any part of the country.
