After playing Sharan G. Menon in the popular Asianet serial Pranayam, Srinish gained widespread recognition. It was produced by Merryland Murugan and directed by Sudheesh Shankar. It was a remake of the Star TV Hindi serial Ye Hai Mohabbatein, based on Manju Kapur’s book Custody.
His portrayal of Saran G. Menon, the CEO of a global corporation, served as the male protagonist in the film Pranayam. Alongside actress Ramya Krishnan, he made his debut on Tamil television in 2017’s long-running drama Vamsam, playing the villain Raj.
After finishing 524 episodes on April 28th, Pranayam signed on the following week to play the lead in Ammuvinte Amma, another Malayalam television series.

Before joining Bigg Boss, Srinish Aravind had a brief spell in the Telugu TV series Natachirami on Gemini TV and the Tamil TV series Niram Maaratha Pookkal on Zee Tamil (Malayalam season 1).

While Srinish Aravind’s family hails from the Kerala district of Palakkad, he was born and raised in Chennai, where his father had a job. Aravind Nair and Lakshmi Kumari are his parents. He attended Guru Nanak College and the Balu Mahendra Institute of Film Technology in Chennai. He has two older sisters and attended J. R. K. Matriculation Higher Secondary School in Chennai.
He worked as a recruiter for Kindle Systems, and an operations executive for Vasan Healthcare prior to entering the entertainment industry. Before working in the television industry, Aravind held a number of different positions in addition to modeling and made appearances in a few Tamil short films.

Relationship
Co-contestant Pearle Maaney and Srinish grew close during the first season of the Malayalam Bigg Boss reality series in 2018, and both of them stated a desire to wed. Srinish proposed to Pearle in a private ceremony on January 17, 2019.
They had two marriages. The first one took place on May 5 at a church in Aluva with Christian ceremonies, and the second one took place on May 8 in Palakkad with Hindu customs. They gave birth to a child on March 20, 2021, who was called Nila Srinish.
