Nupur Sharma, World Religions and their feudals

The recent uproar over the alleged derogatory statement of BJP leader Nupur Sharma has raised multiple questions related to religion and its determinants. Living under the veil of its unique secular principles, the Indian state has not only tried to maintain an equal distance from every religion but has also provided special fundamental rights to its minority religious groups. In its aspiration to grow with a unique secular principle, India became so weak that it did not realize the fact that it has been engulfed by the world’s proselytizing and expansionist religion. And, feudalism of these religious groups became so organized and interconnected that a woman’s single-line statement forced powerful countries like the United States of America and small countries like the Maldives to condemn it.

Attack on Nupur Sharma by religious feudal

Nupur Sharma’s statement became so intolerant that Islamists all around the world went rampage against her, and with violent public protest argued to hang her publicly. From killing to gang rape, many such derogatory threatening messages were issued against her. Social media erupted with such life-threatening statements, and with the help of Islamic countries like Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Pakistan, a transnational campaign was launched against her.

In this international coordinated campaign, the role played by domestic Islamist feudal was instrumental. Indoctrinated with religious bigotry and crossing the modern boundary of the nation-state, Islamists went on to instigate the common Muslims of the world. This stimulated protest and violence are not spontaneous reactions to certain statements but over the years development of an institutionalised process.

Constitutionally granted fundamental rights to manage and preserve the religion and its institution on the behest of state funding enrich the process of indoctrination. With the medieval mindset, they internally become feudal of their religion and like feudalism used to save the monarchy in the past; they are trying to globally implement these phenomena in modern times.

This became dangerous in the context of India because of the special protection given to religious minorities and secular understanding of the state devoid of Hindu society with powers and weaponised other minorities’ exceptional rights.

World Religion and Indian secularism contrast

Modern understanding of secularism made Hindus powerless and every institution of Hindu like Mandirs, Matts, or Gurukuls became a state subject and other minority religions got enough power to expand. In this scenario, proselytizing & evangelist religion expanded like wildfire in India, and Hindus structurally and systematically degenerated under the umbrella of secularism.

It is pertinent to note that when we copied the secular principles of the world in our constitution with our own understanding of the term, either we deliberately ignored the religious policies of those modern states or following idealism we unknowingly made Hindu at the receiving end.

If we look around the world, almost every secular country has given preference to its majority religion and even developed states who always preach about secularism have an official state religion. May it was England or Norway almost every country in Europe recognise the establishment of the Church with the support of the State.

According to a report more than 20% of countries have at least one official state religion. This number is based on standard secular principles. But when we see the internal religious policies of the state, even the most secular country in the world, France seems to follow the official state religion. Alsace – Lorraine, the eastern region of France still does not follow the secular policy and has given four languages, Judaism, Roman Catholicism, Lutheranism, and Calvinism, an official state. And, a country with a majority of Islam followers has universally declared Islam as a state religion and do not recognize other religion under the Islamic emirates.

The acceptance of state religion in these countries is recognition of the fact that the majority of these states believe in their roots and cultural evolution. What is intriguing in this scenario is the Indian state’s double standard policy against its own Hindu civilization. Leave the question of giving special respect to its civilisational religion; they treat Hindus like third-class citizens.

It is the secular state’s failure that has given these feudal radical religions enough power that despite being a minority in the state, they continue to threaten, harass and kill the people for such religious issues. How can it be possible that a community (Hindu) which constitutes 80% of the population and their community member (woman) are called to publicly hang? With the help of modern religious feudal, these foot soldiers of expansionist religion are trying to ‘behead’ the nation. What needs to be seen is how long it will take for Hindus to rise & unite in these griming conditions where modern feudal world religions are threatening their women.
