In 2008, Dino Lalvani bought Binatone from his father, Gulu Lalvani, a company that makes mobile phones, GPS gadgets, baby monitors, and other cordless products. He has been the company’s chairman and CEO since his acquisition.
He has previously served as COO and Director of Sales and Marketing. Binatone became a global licensee of Motorola in 2012,[3] providing audio equipment, GPS gadgets, dash cams, and other electronics under the Motorola name.
Dino Lalvani is the CEO of Hubble Connected, an internet-of-things startup that creates wireless solutions for Motorola.

His father is an entrepreneur and the founder of the digital phone manufacturing company named Binatone. Gulu Lalvani was born in Karachi, Sind, British India, to a Sindhi Sikh family in March 1939. (now in Pakistan). Following India’s partition, his family relocated to Bombay, where he was raised and schooled. He was the youngest of nine siblings. Kartar and Pratap Singh Lalvani, his brothers, are also businesspeople who co-founded Binatone with him.
Lalvani’s first marriage was to Vimla Lalvani, who had a son with Dino Lalvani. His father married twice more after divorcing her mother.

Since 2016, he has been married to Indian actress Lisa Haydon, with whom he has three children: sons Zack (2017), Leo (2020), and a daughter (2021).
Lisa Haydon is an Indian actress, TV host, and model who primarily works in Hindi films. Haydon made her acting debut in the ensemble romantic comedy-drama Aisha (2010)[2] and got critical acclaim for her role in the comedy-drama Queen, for which she was nominated for a Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress.
Haydon went on to star in the commercially successful romantic comedy Housefull 3 (2016) and in Karan Johar’s romantic drama Ae Dil Hai Mushkil (2016).
Lisa is said to have previously engaged Karan Bhojwani in 2013.
Haydon was born to an Indian Malayali father and an Australian mother in Chennai, India. Malika Haydon, one half of the DJ combo Nina & Malika, is her sister, a model turned DJ. Before returning to India in 2007, Haydon lived in Australia and the United States.
