The bulldozer model is the only solution for Jahangipuri like incidents

On the pious occasion of Hanuman Jayanti, Islamist terrorists performed the naked dance of death of ‘secularism’ in the heart of Delhi. Without the fear of law, they went rampage on Hindu’s peaceful procession. Whatever they had, stone, sticks, Molotov or guns, were used for terrorising Hindus in the capital city of Bharat. Their planned and coordinated attack on Hindus shows the negligible fear of law among these terrorists. To instill the fear of law, these rioters and religious bigots should be introduced with the Bulldozer model of Uttar Pradesh (UP).

Installing fear in the eyes of lawbreakers

Criminal jurisprudence of punishment states that to bring peace to the society the punishment should not only be retributive to the offender but should also instill fear in the eyes of potential lawbreakers.

Following the theory of criminology, the Bulldozer model of UP is somewhat setting the example. Earlier in UP, riots were seen as common law and order problem. But, after the constant action against the illegal and unauthorised property of these rioters and their masterminds, not a single incident of riots was reported in this festive season in about 20 crore populated states.

Hit Where It Hurt Most

Urban local bodies and Panchayati raj institutions are constitutionally obligated to take action against anyone for illegal occupation of their land. Further, if a proclaimed offender is absconding, courts have been authorised to order the attachment of the property under section 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

Criminals thrive on illegal earnings. The courage to break the law comes from the uncountable wealth generated through organised crimes. Investment in properties is the biggest tool for rounding the illegal money.

Yogi government in UP has broken the same backbone of these mafias and criminals. Moreover, swift action from the top political leadership has given strong confidence to the administration to work fearlessly against any offenders. Dealing with an iron hand has not only stopped the financing of these criminal activities but has also instilled fear of consequences in case of any wrongdoings.

Further, to bring peace to the capital of India, the same Bulldozer model should be followed. Every state’s machinery should be used to prevent Islamists from taking the law into their hand. Their property should be attached and every illegal occupation or construction should be demolished. A message must be sent to terror financers of consequence for breaking the law of the land.

Delhi – A hotbed of Illegal Bangladeshi Islamist

The mass migration of illegal Bangladeshis and Rohingya Muslims in Delhi and other parts of India has created social, economic, security and political pressure on the country. Through illegal means, they have obtained the important documents and now they have started to pose a greater risk of Islamist activities in India.

Moreover, the demography of the capital has been changed through mass migration and population outbursts. Furthermore, many political parties are giving them support for their vote bank. Taking the benefit of socio-political situation of India, they have slowly highjacked the political and security situation of Delhi.

The 2020 Delhi riots and attack on Hanuman Jayanti are two of the worst examples of their capacity to disrupt the peace in the city. In both incidents, migrant Islamist involvement is common.

Many locals are complaining about the involvement of these Bangladeshi Islamists in every criminal incident like rioting, theft, eve-teasing, drugs smuggling or land grabbing.

It has become compulsory to implement the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and nationwide National Register for Citizens (NRC) and throw out illegal Bangladeshi from the country before they completely hijack every political institution and challenge the sovereignty of India.

Further, a road map of eviction of illegal settlements in the capital region should be adopted to destroy their illegal means of terror financing. Every illegal settlement should be bulldozed and these Bangladeshi should be deported back to their country after the due verification. A strong net of police and intelligence should be established before these Islamists make India the next Syria.
