Even TMC members are suffering in Mamata’s Bengal now

TMC

Mamata Banerjee’s TMC is infamous for crushing its political dissenters through Taliban style merciless murders. Political killings are not new in West Bengal. However, up until now, it was largely limited to people connected with BJP and RSS only.

But what if we tell you that it is not only BJP and RSS members but also the TMC leaders who are having a hard time surviving in Mamata Banerjee led West Bengal?

A TMC booth president wants to commit suicide

It is public knowledge that only TMC leaders are allowed to get benefitted from several schemes and only they are privileged to avail of services of any super speciality hospital. But, the recent development comes as a shock as Imran Ali of Shibpur village of Malda district has been denied the benefits of the state government’s insurance scheme ‘Swasthya Sathi Card’. Despite being unwell for a long time, the party is least concerned about its member. Imran has been the Trinamool (TMC) booth president.

Imran Ali, a Pukhuria police station area resident, had lost his parents due to the pandemic. He is left with no option but to lie on the bed due to a disability.

Imran Ali said, “I have a ‘Swasthya Saathi’ card. Hospitals, nursing homes, no one is accepting it. I also have ration card. The Chief Minister has assured of ‘duare ration’, but I have not received anything. I have repeatedly given information about BDO. But got no help. MLA to MP, I am telling everyone, no one is listening.”

He added, “I cannot do anything as I am alone. I’ve no money to get myself medicine and food. How long will this last? In such a situation, if the administration does not extend a helping hand to the party, then I have no option but to commit suicide.”

Bengal is a ground for anarchy

The Alleged Murder of TMC Panchayat leader Bhadu Sheikh gave birth to an endless cycle of violence and arson against the hapless people of Rampurhat. Crude bombs were thrown at Bhadu Sheikh by unknown assailants, after which Sheikh was taken to a hospital where he was declared brought dead.

Days after Birbhum became the latest battleground for the goons hell-bent on destroying Bengal, 200 bombs were recovered from Margram Chhotadangal Para of Hansan Assembly constituency in Rampurhat’s 2nd block.

Moreover, the pain of post/pre-poll violence incidents in the 2021 assembly elections haunts the people of the state. Before polls, opposition party workers were killed in Taliban-esque style. The people of Bengal are living in terror. With the recent development, it seems that even TMC members will have to run for their lives.
