Kamlesh Nagarkoti, a whippy bowler who bursts through the crease, is one of India’s fastest bowlers coming through the age-group ranks, routinely registering in excess of 140kph. Career
During the 2016-17 Vijay Hazare Trophy, Kamlesh Nagarkoti made his List A debut for Rajasthan and shone in his second game, rescuing his team from 54 for 6 with an unbeaten half-century. He then bowled his side to win with the first hat-trick by a Rajasthan bowler in List A cricket.
Kamlesh Nagarkoti grabbed 14 wickets at 15.14 in two junior Tests against England Under-19 in his first trip outside the subcontinent, including a match total of 10 for 112 in the first Test at Chesterfield. He was named to India’s Under-19 squad for the 2018 World Cup after a string of strong performances. Kolkata Knight Riders purchased him for INR 3. (about USD 500,000) crore at the IPL auction in February 2018.
He was picked to India’s squad for the 2019 ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup in Bangladesh in November 2019. On September 26, 2020, he made his Twenty20 debut for the Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League.

Kamlesh Nagarkoti was picked as one of four supplementary bowlers to accompany India’s cricket squad on their tour to Australia on October 26, 2020.
However, due to his workload management, Nagarkoti was ruled out of the tour on November 9, 2020.
He was purchased by the Delhi Capitals at the auction for the 2022 Indian Premier League competition in February 2022.
He made his first-class debut for Rajasthan in the 2021–22 Ranji Trophy on February 24, 2022.

Family
Nagarkoti’s father served in the Indian Army as a subedar. His retirement funds were used to purchase a one-bedroom property in Jaipur so that his son could learn to play cricket. Surendra Singh Rathod was Nagarkoti’s childhood coach.
