Congress & its habits of Corruption doesn’t seem to die, this time it’s in Rajasthan

Congress and its age old affair with black money.

TFI Media.

Old habits die hard but for Congress they never do. Congress & Corruption seems to be synonymous. Now Rajasthan CM’s Son Vaibhav Gehlot is named in FIR for a 6.80 crore scam.

The Fresh Blot

Nashik based businessman Sushil Patil has accused 15 persons of duping him 6.80 crores. He has even included Rajasthan CM’s son and Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) Chairman Vaibhav Gehlot as accused of this scam. The police have registered an FIR under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) on local courts order. The case pertains to fraud in e-tendering public toilets.

The opposition, state BJP leaders have taken this opportunity to slam the Congress and Chief Minister. The Union decade-old Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat has even called Ashok Gehlot “Dhritarashtra”. He said it would be interesting to see if CM puts his State Power to save his son or let the truth come out, the possibility of which seems very less likely.

Vaibhav Gehlot has come out to deny the charges and termed it as BJP’s conspiracy. He even linked it to the upcoming 2023 state assembly elections, which will encounter a direct fight between the ruling party Congress and strong challenger BJP. It is also interesting to see Rajasthan has a trend of changing governments every five years. Going into election season with corruption charges against them will surely dent the prospect of congress but it seems Congress can’t change its basic traits.
