Hindus had to fight the long legal battle for the reclamation of Ram Janmabhoomi at Ayodhya. However, the efforts came to fruition as the Ram Janmabhoomi dispute has finally come to an end. Now, it is time for the reclamation of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi, and it seemingly will soon become a reality.
High court to hear the plea for Krishna Janmabhoomi
The Allahabad High Court, finally, has stepped in with the decision to hear a plea submitted by Lawyer Mahek Maheshwari. The PIL was filed to seek recognition of the Shahi Idgah Mosque at Mathura as Krishna Janmabhoomi – the birthplace of Bhagwan Krishna. The plea reportedly was dismissed by High Court on January 19, 2021, as petitioner Maheshwari and his representative Lawyer did not appear for a hearing.
However, an application for restoration of the plea was filed immediately after the dismissal. Thus, the Allahabad High Court has now decided to take the PIL again. The two-member divisional bench comprising Chief Justice Rajesh Bindal and Justice Prakash Kapadia issued an order on February 17, 2022. It noted that the plea is being restored which was dismissed by default. The Krishna Janmabhoomi recognition case will now have its hearing on July 25 this year.

Krishna Janmabhoomi will soon be reclaimed
Earlier as reported by TFI, the battle for Krishna Janmabhoomi began with the Mathura Civil Court’s notices to Shahi Idgah Masjid’s management committee and others, seeking their stand on the plea for removal of the mosque from the temple complex. A plea was filed by a Pujari of Bhagwan Krishna temple on behalf of the deity seeking removal of the illegally built mosque.
The respondents, however, tried to delay the legal battle for the reclamation of the holy land at Mathura atop which the Shahi Masjid, built by tyrant Aurungzeb, stands.
Maheshwari, in the petition, claimed that “Even on the Government official website of Mathura District, it is stated that Shahi Idgah mosque is built after the demolition of Krishna Janmabhoomi.”
He further claims that “Certain architectural elements like carved pillars and antiquities were found in the Mosque courtyard which was recorded by certain workers.”
The Mughals destroyed thousands of temple complexes of India and built mosques on top of them or around them. The Kashi Vishwanath Mandir in Varanasi that was converted into the Gyanvapi Mosque, the Keshavnath temple in Mathura that was converted into Idgah Mosque, the Adinath temple in Malda that was converted into Adina Mosque, the Kali temple in Srinagar that was converted into Khanqah-e-Moula, among others, stand as prime examples of the same medieval plunder.
However, the Modi-Yogi duo has taken it upon themselves to help Hindus to reclaim what belonged to them and seemingly, it is possible under their leadership.
