Allahabad High Court to hear Kashi Vishwanath-Gyanvapi Masjid dispute on a day to day basis from March 29

Vishwanath-Gyanvapi Case

A reason for celebration is very near as the Allahabad High Court will hear the Kashi Vishwanath-Gyanvapi case on a daily basis. We know Satyameva Jayate, hence the historic fact and cultural truth will again triumph and Hindus will soon reclaim the pious land of Kashi Vishwanath temple.

The Current Development

While hearing a petition, the bench of Justice Prakash Padia has listed the Kashi Vishwanath-Gyanvapi mosque dispute to be heard on a daily basis from March 29 till conclusion is reached. The petitioner Anjuman Intazamia Masazid (AIM), Varanasi had filed a petition before High Court to stay the suit pending in the lower court and also challenged the maintainability of the civil suit filed in 1991.

A suit was filed in the lower court in 1991 by Idol of Swayambhu Lord Vishweshwar and 5 others to give back the disputed land back to Hindus. The lower court on 8th April 2021 had directed the Archeological Survey of India (ASI) to physically survey the disputed mosque complex to find out if the structure had been built over a demolished temple. This lower court order and further proceedings of the Vishwanath-Gyanvapi case were later, on September 9,2021, stayed by Allahabad HC.

The Respondent, Advocate Vijay Shankar Rastogi had argued before the court that the averment of the plaint clearly show that the property in question has been in existence from Satyug up till now and the Swayambhu Lord Vishweshwar is situated in the disputed complex, therefore the land is an integral part of Lord Vishweshwar.

The Counsel also argued that they possess control of the ground floor cellar which is the structure of the old temple built prior to the 15th century and since the religious character of the complex has not changed after 15th August 1947, the places of worship act doesn’t apply.

Historic Fact, Cultural Truth

The Mughal invasion is one of the bloodiest chapters in human history. They not only invaded our civilization, plundered it but ran a genocide and mass conversion by hook or crook. The temples were not merely places of worship but they were the center of economic progress, excellence, culture, historic teachings and education. The Mughals to crush the Hindu ethos, ravaged temples and to mark their supremacy and terrorize Hindus they willfully built Mosque over temple complex. The Kashi Vishwanath Temple too had been destroyed many times by Islamic tyrants and megalomaniacs. The last destruction was on the order of the Islamic bigot Aurangzeb in 1669 CE.

The current disputed mosque still has the living proof that it was a Hindu temple once; the rear side structure of the disputed mosque has Hindu engravings. Hence once the Vishwanath-Gyanvapi case starts, all the historic evidence and cultural truth will unfold and the inevitable win of truth will happen.

Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi Temple

Not very long ago, Hindus were mocked and ridiculed for the Ram Temple. Some even stooped so low that they denounced that Prabhu Shri Ram ever existed. The Hindus had to struggle for more than 150 years in courts to free the truth from the clutches of lies and deceit. But once the day to day hearing started in the Supreme Court, the case was clear as a day sky and Ram Lalla finally came out of pity tents to bless his birthplace till eternity.
