Pakistan, after failing to peddle the agenda of hatred and terrorism, is back with its first-ever security policy. Bereft of any idea to harm India, helpless Pakistan resorted to the newly introduced policy which aims at seeking peace with the nation. Mind you, the neighbour country is looking forward to normalising trade and business ties, but Kashmir will be a “vital national policy.” However, India is aware of the nefarious and selfish agendas of Pakistan and now; Pakistan is trying to hide its failures by blaming the Indian government led by PM Narendra Modi.
Pakistan’s first national security policy
Pakistan, on Friday, launched its first-ever National Security Policy. The policy seeks peace with India and its immediate neighbours aiming at achieving economic security for the country. As per the reports, “Kashmir will be a “vital national policy” issue for Pakistan, but the new policy seeks peace with immediate neighbours by normalising trade and business ties.”
An official in Islamabad reported, “Not seeking hostility with India for the next 100 years. Economic security will be the central theme of the new national security policy…. But geo-economics does not necessarily mean we overlook our geo-strategic and geo-political interests.”
While the official claimed that “The national security policy for 2022 to 2026 seeks a shift in Pakistan’s approach from geo-strategic to geo-economics,” he also expressed his misery saying, “There was no prospect of rapprochement with India under the current government in New Delhi.”
The five-year policy document, covering a period between 2022 and 2026, has elaborated plans to encourage two-way trade and investment with India, albeit without a final settlement of the Kashmir issue, The Print reported.
Helpless Pakistan asking for India’s help
Pakistan seemingly has no funds left to operate its terror activities. It probably is on the verge of going bankrupt. And thus, bereft of any source to revive its economy, it, as always, has resorted to India’s help but wait, it does not dare to ask for the help in a straightforward, for the kind of acts it has done in past several years.
Thus, Pakistani PM Imran Khan stepped up with a decision to introduce the national security policy as he is aware that Pakistan cannot survive without India’s help.
Prime Minister Modi led ruling government is also aware of the neighbouring country’s hypocrisy. As per the reports, “Despite its professed turn towards geo-economics, Pakistan has not yet provided transit to India’s aid of 50,000 tonnes of wheat to Afghanistan nor does it permit trade of Indian goods to Afghanistan via its land borders.”

Earlier as reported by TFI, it was revealed that the United Arab Emirates is playing the peacemaker between New Delhi and Islamabad, and has worked out a four-step “roadmap for peace” for the two nuclear-powered countries to achieve lasting peace.
If they want to keep their joke of an economy afloat, they must rein in the only flourishing industry of theirs – that of exporting terror. Further, they must behave themselves and not poke India in the eye repeatedly only to be thrashed by it.
And now, Pakistan has no option but to seek peace with India if it wants its economic powers back.
