Swachh Bharat Award 2020 – The Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is the government of India’s most important cleanliness campaign. The best Swachh Bharat Award 2020 were presented in Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Punjab and other states. In addition, various prizes were awarded in several categories. Andhra Pradesh came second in the Swachh Sundar Shauchalaya National Award category. Cleanest state in the category “Over 100 City Local Governments”
At the annual Swachh Bharat Award 2020 ceremony, Indore stood out as the cleanest city in the country, and Chhattisgarh was honored as India’s cleanest state this year. For the fifth year in a row, Indore was awarded the title of the cleanest city in India by Swachh Survekshan, while Surat and Vijayawada were ranked second and third respectively in the population category with a population of more than 1 lakh.
For the third year in a row, Chhattisgarh was named the cleanest state in the category “Over 100 City Local Governments” in the government awards, and Jharkhand received the cleanest state award in the category “Less than 100 ULB” for the second time. category.
