Reliability of the Apps and review of I Rakhwali app

One of the key disadvantages of the app launch is that the I Rakhwali app is available only in iOS phones i.e., the app is not available in google play store, it can be downloaded only in Google App Store or App Store. iHariyali is the only application available in both App store and Play store, purpose of which is to buy any kind of plant and deliver it at you home all around Punjab.

Apps such as I Nursery and PunForest are only available in Google play store and not on App store. From the ratings section of the applications I Hariyali and I Nursery, it appears that the people are having lot of problems and tech errors while using the said applications however, PunForest, through which the users can upload 20 sec long videos has been liked by the users.

The review and ratings section of the I Rakhwali app shows just rating by one person and there isn’t much buzz or appreciation about its working since the launch. Although the idea was a wonderful choice by the state government, its execution seems to have failed. The ministry should have known that most of the population uses android and not iOS so, the better option would have been to create an app which is supported by android so that most of the citizens would have benefited.
