Allahabad HC slams Vineet Narain who attacked prominent Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Trustee without proof

In a major development, a veteran and ‘renowned’ journalist Vineet Narain had to take down his Facebook post in which he had tried to malign the image of Mr. Champat Rai who is serving as general secretary of Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teertha Kshetra Trust adding to more casualties in the list of people taking the pill of shame while trying to create unnecessary hurdles in the construction of Holy Ram Mandir in Ayodhya.

In his Facebook post published on June 18, 2021, Mr Narain made derogatory claims against Champat Rai without any concrete proof. Mr. Vineet Narain who comes from a powerful ideological foundation had alleged Mr. Champat Rai of being involved in a land grabbing case involving one Alka Lohiti. Champat Rai’s brother Mr. Sanjay Bansal filed an FIR against Alka Lohiti, Vineet Narain, and one Rajneesh (aide of Vineet Narain). The police had booked all three under 14 sections of IPC including section 153-A which provides for promoting enmity and section 504 which provides for the intended insult with intent to promote breach of peace and three sections of the IT Act. Allahabad High court directed Vineet Narain to delete the post immediately and also warned him to be careful in the future. This has come as a major dent in his journalistic credentials.

This post by Vineet Narain is in line with the conspiracies being hatched up by people who are trying their best to stop the construction of the temple of the beloved Bhagwan Ram at his own birthplace after nearly 500 years of the Babri Masjid which was built atop the holy site after destroying the original Ram Mandir in 1528-29.

Ever since Babri Masjid was demolished in 1992, a legal battle was going on in the Supreme Court of India. Along with that, a social movement leading to the reawakening of Hindus towards their glorious past was taking place in the society. After 27 years of struggle by legal fraternity of the society in the court as well as non-legal fraternity outside the court, the Supreme Court finally passed an order in Ayodhya dispute in 2019 clearing the legal hurdle in the way of the construction of Ram Mandir  in Ayodhya.

After the Bhoomi Poojan ceremony of Ram Mandir by Prime minister Sri Narendra Modi on 5th August 2020 several attempts have been made to stop the construction of Ram Mandir which is stipulated to be open for the public from December 2023 if its slowest pace of construction is taken into account.

Before Vineet Narain’s attempt to malign the image of the General Secretary of Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Teertha Kshetra Trust, there was an attempt by AAP motormouth Sanjay Singh and SP leader Sanjay Pandey of maligning the trustees involved in the buying of land by the Trust when they alleged money laundering and corruption, which was factually thwarted within few hours by Mr.Champat Rai himself. It later turned out that both these ‘leaders’ did not know the basic difference between the terms of agreement and sale.

All these attempts to thwart the construction of Ram Mandir in a ‘civilised manner’ came after UP CM Mr.Yogi Adityanath publicly shamed and ridiculed the spineless chief of the Pakistani heinous terror outfit Masood Azhar of Jaish-e-Mohammed over his threats on the construction of Ram Mandir. No one knows what is the next attempt of the evil cabal of people desperate to stop the Hindus from following their perfect man while trying to impose their own evilness masquerading as idealism.

Every devotee of Bhagwan Ram is deeply involved in the construction of the Ram Mandir in their full capacity with full divine dedication. It is unfortunate to see political parties and senior journalists trying to create an unsolicited hurdle in the path towards Ram Mandir construction.
