Ravish Kumar, the NDTV journalist, infamous for sending ‘hazaar laanatein’ to the bullet that killed Reuters photojournalist Danish Siddiqui and not the Taliban, once again drew a similar analogy and unloaded the entire blame of Kerala’s mismanagement of the Covid pandemic on the Centre and the IT Cell.
As the communist-ruled state of Kerala reported more than 22,000 fresh Covid-19 cases for the third day running on Thursday (July 29), taking India’s daily case count to nearly 45,000, the highest in 22 days – the BJP as well as citizens across the country started questioning the alleged scam of a ‘Kerala Model of Healthcare’. However, Ravish couldn’t digest the criticism meted at his overlords in the Pinarayi Vijayan government and wrote a feature-length article on Facebook to take a ‘neutral’ stance.
“The IT cell has become delirious. A campaign has been orchestrated against Kerala that why people are not speaking about Kerala. However, when the massacre happened in the second wave, the IT cell was missing. It wasn’t even helping people. When people were dying in agony, these people of IT cell were not there.” said Ravish.
Despite his eternal pessimism and tendency to twist any news story to suit his narrative agenda, Ravish used to be coherent in his speech, albeit with false facts. However, it appears that in an attempt to protect the Kerala government, he has lost basic comprehension skills.
“No government must be shielded on their failure of tackling corona. Not even the Kerala government. Modi government’s failure in the second wave is evident. We cannot discount that.” Ravish signed off saying in his long mumble-jumble post.
In perfect woke slang terms, the ‘strawman’ was strong with Ravish’s statements as he appeared to be sending ‘hazaar laanatein’ to the IT Cell, not the state government that was mismanaging the situation. He talked about the petrol prices, the Pegasus snooping row but couldn’t muster the courage to raise his finger on the disastrous COVID numbers of the southern state.
This is not the first time that Ravish has refrained from targeting the real culprits. While Danish’s death was an opportunity for the country to coalesce together and call out the terror organisation, Taliban, and urge the Indian government to pursue an active role in the region, the left-liberal cabal appeared more intent on putting the blame of Danish’s death on few Internet trolls.
Reported by TFI, Ravish Kumar, the Magsaysay award winner, known for his alleged ‘fearless’ journalism could not take the name of Taliban in his obituary post for the photojournalist. Rather, Ravish cussed the bullet which killed Danish.
pic.twitter.com/7iWETypQHS

A recent report by Washington Examiner has further proved that the Taliban did not commit a mistake while executing Siddiqui. In fact, they planned an entire operation to take him down for being an Indian. When the Taliban learnt about his identity and Indian citizenship, they ran over a vehicle over his head, mutilated and disfigured his body. And yet, to this day, Ravish has failed to enunciate a single syllable against the terror outfit.
The misplaced sense of reporting from Ravish has brought him tremendous flak over the years but in the last few weeks, he has dialled up his angst and frustration against the NDA government by linking anything and everything happening across the globe to PM Modi. Hence, IT cells caused the rising Covid numbers in Kerala while the RW trolls killed Danish.
