So-called lawyer-activist Nodeep Kaur was arrested for attacking cops viciously, niece of the Vice President of USA calls it activism

Nodeep Kaur, being called a “labour activist” by the protestors, their sympathisers, liberals and Khalistanis was arrested by Sonipat Police on January 12 for assaulting, harassing and attacking police personnel. While Nodeep Kaur was arrested for attempted murder of police personnel along with her comrades, her jailing is being spun as an attempt by police authorities to stifle “free speech”, which she was exercising to support the misinformed farmers’ protests. As it now turns out, an international nexus has now been activated to defame India for arresting an “innocent woman” like Nodeep Kaur.

Leading this crusade is niece of Vice President Kamala Harris, Meena Harris. Meena has gone berserk in her vitriolic hatred for India. The niece of Kamala, who is milking her aunt’s Vice Presidency for personal gains is not shying away from misplaced virtue signalling on Twitter. However, had her foolishness been limited to illogical and attention-seeking statements, we would not have cared to talk about her here. Meena Harris, however, has taken to lying about India, its people and its police personnel on Twitter. What is problematic is that an international audience is taking the private-jet flying socialist seriously.

Harris shared media reports alleging sexual assault on Nodeep Kaur. “Weird to see a photo of yourself burned by an extremist mob but imagine what they would do if we lived in India. I’ll tell you—23 year old labour rights activist Nodeep Kaur was arrested, tortured & sexually assaulted in police custody. She’s been detained without bail for over 20 days,” Meena Harris said. This is a brazen lie, being spread not just by the likes of Meena Harris, but also leftist rags calling themselves media outlets in India.

Here is why Nodeep Kaur has been arrested by Sonipat Police. A police team had gone to Kundli Industrial Area on January 12 after they received information about the alleged manhandling of management and staff of an industrial unit, and attempts to extort money from them. Nodeep Kaur, who started working at a factory in Haryana’s Sonipat to financially support her family after the lockdown, was seen along with her comrades attacking the police team at Kundli Industrial Area with sticks, causing injuries to seven personnel.

Nodeep Kaur, for who a gigantic social media campaign is being run on platforms like Twitter and Instagram, led by the likes of Meena Harris who is calling the anti-social element’s beating of police personnel ‘activism’ has nothing to do with the farmers’ protests. She had surely supported the protests, but was arrested for attempt to murder of police personnel. Yet, many on social media are spinning her arrest as a stifling of pro-farmer voices, while ignoring her mob-like behaviour.

As for lies of Nodeep Kaur facing sexual harassment in custody, documents signed by her itself will expose the grand lies of international anti-India conspirators. According to Sonipat Police, Nodeep Kaur was taken to Civil Hospital for a general medical exam and a special medical exam specifically to ascertain whether she had been victim of sexual assault. Interestingly, Nodeep Kaur herself gave a written statement refusing the special examination, stating that she had not been a victim of sexual assault. But of course, Meena Harris seems to know more about Nodeep Kaur than the “activist” herself.

Nodeep Kaur was denied bail on February 2. She has been charged with multiple felonies – attempt to murder, extortion, criminal intimidation, unlawful assembly, rioting with deadly weapons and trespassing. Kaur was granted bail in one case registered against her on Thursday. This case relates to an incident of public nuisance in December 2020, where Nodeep and her comrades had protested at Khundli Industrial Area. However, she continues to remain in police custody and has got no bail in two other cases.
