9-year old ‘climate activist’ joins the farmers’ protest. The same farmers’ protest which demand right to burn stubble

What a joke

It has been less than a month when Delhi’s air quality index reached around 1600, which is many times more than the permissible limit of 100. And, the primary reason behind the dip in the air quality was stubble burning in Punjab.

Now the farmers, most of whom are from Punjab, are protesting against the farm bills and for many other causes, one of which is ‘right to burn’ stubble. Given the fact that stubble burning is among major reasons behind the environmental damages, the environmentalist should have been against the farmer’s protest as well as stubble burning.

But, the brain-dead, agenda driven environmental activists are too stupid to understand the nuances of the subject. Licypriya Kangujam, a 9 year old climate change activist, has come out in support of the farmers’ protest. “Hope my voice will reach all over the world. No farmers, No food. No justice, No rest,” tweeted the 9 year old activist.

These kids are too young to understand the nuances of the subject, but the people behind them are agenda driven and their sole aim is to make farmer’s protest as big as they can; in order to push the Modi government on backfoot.

“Met with children who are spending last 14 days in this cold freezing temperature with their parents and grandparents at farmers’ protest site in the middle of the highway at Sanghu Border,” the 9 year old activist wrote.

The liberals around the world are “using” children to carry out their agenda, and climate activists like Greta Thunberg, Licypriya Kangujam are their tools. These children are too young to comprehend that what they stand for is diametrically opposite to what farmers demand. But, they have come out to support the farmers at the behest of their liberal gurus.

Last month the union government brought an ordinance named ‘The Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas Ordinance, 2020’ in order to solve the issue of worsening air quality in the National Capital Region in the last few years.

Now, the protesting farmers are demanding that the union government must either scrap Air Quality Management or water down it to allow them to “choke” the city through stubble burning.

As per a report by the Union government, there has been a 240 per cent rise in farm fires in Punjab this year compared to last year. The report states that Punjab accounted for 82 percent of stubble burning and the rest occurred in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.

“There were 14,326 cases in three states between October 1 and 23, which are distributed as 11,796, 1,944 and 586 in Punjab, Haryana and UP, respectively,” reads the report.

The noticeable fact in the report was that the number of stubble burning incidents declined drastically in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh while in Punjab it increased by 240 per cent. As per the report, in Haryana, it decreased by 30% from 2,806 last year to 1,944 this year. In UP, it decreased by 33% from 879 to 586 while in Punjab, it increased to 11,796 from 4,889.

The Delhi government, which is responsible for ensuring clean water and air to the citizens of the Union territory, is also supporting the farmer’s demand to right to choke the city, and Kejriwal has openly said that he supports each and every demand of the farmers. The climate change activist, who should stand against farmer’s demand of stubble burning, are also supporting them, because their larger aim is to destabilize the Modi government, everything else is secondary.
