#StandWithIndia – India beats China in the perception war with support from the US, Australia, Taiwan and Hong Kong

In the backdrop of a global pandemic that has engulfed the entirety of the planet, China is upping its notorious tactics by the day. From threatening Australia with economic sanctions to comparing it to a chewing-gum to bringing a highly controversial national security legislation bill in Hong Kong to making advancements in the South China Sea—Beijing whilst being under the pump by the world community is not looking to go down any easily.

Adding to Beijing’s growing list of inanities is the latest face-off between the Indian Army and its PLA troops along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in eastern Ladakh where the dragon is looking to replicate a Doklam like situation.

Coming from a position of weakness, the Xi Jinping regime is feeling the heat of the world and therefore is making these muscle-flexing moves to create a diversion from the horrors it has unleashed in the form of Coronavirus.

While Beijing’s skirmish at the border has increased in Ladakh, Indian troops in hordes have been deployed to mitigate any further misadventure. While a conventional war is highly unlikely, the current situation has certainly boiled over more than the Doklam standoff where the Chinese had a taste of the mighty Indian resolve.

The standoff aside, India has already started winning the perception battle against China over the internet. Netizens from the US, Australia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong came in support of India and trended the hashtag #StandWithIndia. The tweeters were praising India for not cowing down in front of Beijing and iterated to continue with its hard-line approach to stand against the bully China. The combined hatred against China has brought these countries together to support India in its fight against the dragon.

Some twitter-users warned caution to India to stay vigilant against the vile CCP and its sinister motives.

One user pointed out that the nations need to come together as one and attack China from all fronts to show its place.

One tweeter also suggested inviting India to the Milk Tea alliance that has been born out of a meme trend and frustration towards the Chinese in the South China Sea region.

The “Milk Tea Alliance” is a pact formed between netizens from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Thailand in order to peg back Beijing’s bullies on the platform.

The Coronavirus pandemic is showing the real, ugly side of China to the world. After unleashing a deadly virus on the planet and continuously denying to take ownership of creating the mess, the Chinese are now planning to take attack every country that stands up to it.

After miffing Australia with economic sanctions, the Australian PM Scott Morrison is looking to join the hands with Indian PM Narendra Modi. Morrison will use a June 4 virtual summit with PM Modi to ramp up efforts to diversify Australia’s export markets and find trusted suppliers of vital products and components.

Both countries will be looking to cement new agreements to develop reliable supply chains in key strategic sectors, including medical goods, technology, and critical minerals, amid heightened tensions with China.

Sources have cited that the duo of Modi-Morrison will seal a new defense agreement allowing reciprocal access to bases and co-operation on military technology projects—particularly strengthening cooperation in the Indo-pacific region where China might be looking to create waves.

China is walking on a tight rope. The Coronavirus pandemic might be stopping the countries from taking a more proactive approach at the moment but the instant things lighten up a bit, all hells will break loose and China will have to pay the countries reparations it so dearly owes them all.
