In line with its state-sponsored terrorism, Pakistan has openly called for full-fledged ‘jihad’ against India. Pakistani leaders have urged the Prime Minister Imran Khan to declare February 10 as the date to start ‘war against India’. Though the call comes around a year after the cowardly Pulwama attack, Pakistan must also keep in mind the bone-breaking gesture it received from India on February 26.
Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) has urged the Pakistan government to declare ‘Jihad’ against India. JUI-F leader Maulana Abdul Akbar Chitrali even went to the extent that PM Imran Khan should announce that Pakistan would start a war with India after February 10. Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Mohammad Khan also supported the terrorist mentality of his brethren and urged the country to “come up with a plan to attack India and take Jammu and Kashmir”.
Interestingly, Maulana Chitrali also diplomatically argued that the mere announcement of war with India would force the international community to intervene and resolve the decades-old Kashmir issue between the two countries.
India had fiercely retaliated against terrorist groups after the Pakistan-sponsored Pulwama attack on Indian soldiers. Balakot airstrike conducted on February 26, had shaken Pakistan’s terrorist modules to the core killing hundreds of terrorists inside the launch pads. Pakistan’s any such cowardly attempt now could result in serious repercussions for the cash-strapped country. This is high time for Pakistan to realize the military and political might of India. India has the political, diplomatic and economic capabilities to retaliate fiercely and sternly to any even petty aggression of Pakistan.
Calling jihad against India is hardly a surprise, as Pakistan has been actively preaching terrorism to its populace as confirmed by the DGISPR. The neighbours of Pakistan especially India and Afghanistan are most affected by Pakistan-sponsored terrorism.
Pakistan has been put on the grey list of the FATF for terror financing and money laundering as it is keenly promoting terrorism as a state policy. Even the US House of Representatives had affirmed this while passing a resolution condemning the Pulwama attack on Indian soldiers. Its PM Imran khan is on a campaign against India, dreaming to isolate India internationally. He has been constantly spreading lies over Kashmir and Muslims of India.
Pakistan has been on a jihad against India ever since its inception. The Islamic republic’s deep-rooted hatred for India is the prime cause behind this call. Its lure for Kashmir has made it blind to realize the futility of jihad against India. Parameters of Pakistan’s economy are even lower than the IQ of its Prime Minister but all they want is jihad aimed at India.
