Shaheen Bagh protesters have murdered two infants

shaheen bagh

Yesterday, we saw the worst that Shaheen Bagh has to offer. Apart from the daily stunts that are pulled off at the newly-formed ghetto, the death of a two-month-old infant yesterday, which is nothing short of murder, has shook the conscience of normal Indians, except those in support of the circus at Shaheen Bagh.

First, a week ago, it was four-month-old Mohammad Jahan who succumbed to daily and unrelenting exposure to the winter chills for the past two months, and now, it is a two-month-old baby girl, as reported by OpIndia. Both of these infants were paraded at Shaheen Bagh by their parents on a daily basis. The mother of Mohammad Jahan is all set to join the protests once again, and said that she will be doing so till the time that NRC is not rolled back.

The jokers of Shaheen Bagh have been having it too good for too long. However, now they have the blood of two infants squarely on their hands. Those orchestrating these protests have been able to convince the culturally-complexed Muslims that their entire existence is in danger, to the effect that the mother who has lost a son only a week ago believes that NRC has already been implemented and that Muslims are about to be thrown out anytime now. The parents of these two infants are obviously to blame, as they had no right to involve their children in the protests. Those who need to be blamed are also the organizers of these protests. The supporters and the sympathisers, the twitter warriors defending the mockery of dissent which is being effected daily at Shaheen Bagh, all of them are to blame.

The parents of the infant, however, have gone a step further to blame the government for the death of their child. The mother also added that it was the right of the infant to join the protests. If this isn’t already absurd enough, she also said that wherever the adults go, the child will be tagged along too. This tells us that there is not a grain of remorse in the hearts of these inhuman creatures about being directly involved in the death of their child. Many like them are treating children, who do not have the agency to make decisions for themselves, as mere expendable commodities over a false cause.

Shaheen Bagh is being romanticized by deranged minds to unimaginable proportions, to the extent that the death of children is being portrayed as a ‘sacrifice’. A sacrifice over what? A policy like NRC which has not been rolled out, but which the protesters at Shaheen Bagh think to be in full force already? This joke of a mass movement is now proving deadly, as ignorant and money-starved individuals are willing to kill their children for a daily wage and free meals and tea served at the venue.

Students who’d do anything to skip their classes and journalists whose jobs are made easier by covering a static movement at Shaheen Bagh are the merriest of them all. While students make a joke out of themselves by demanding the secession of various parts of India, journalists, who I’d rather not take the pain of naming (Radia types), have all been acting incoherence to maintain the continuity of these protests, and ensuring that they are not evaporated from public memory just yet. The Radia journalist was particularly mesmerized by infants being brought to the protest site, and she is just as much responsible for the deaths as anybody else.

Vicious lies are spread at Shaheen Bagh daily by visible secessionists, which are readily bought by a passive audience to be the gospel truth. One wonders how long, and just how many more infants need to die in order for this circus to be shut down.
