From Urban Naxals to separatists: Uddhav Sarkar is coming to the rescue of all break-India elements

The unholy Shiv Sena-Congress-NCP coalition government in Maharashtra continues to back anti-national and break-India elements, the Maharashtra government seems all set to withdraw FIR against Mehak Mirza Prabhu, identified as the lady seen holding the ‘Free Kashmir’ poster.

Maharashtra Home Minister and NCP leader, Anil Deshmukh has said that prima facie it does not look like she had any “anti-national intentions”, even as the Maharashtra Home Minister has decided to review the FIR against her. This comes a day after Colaba police registered an FIR against Mehak Mirza Prabhu.

Earlier, Aaditya Thackeray had also come out in support of the “Free Kashmir” girl, he said, “Apart from that incident (we need to) look at larger picture… we need to see her intent. Was it to remove internet blockade? If it was to free Kashmir from India, then it is wrong. Everyone condemned it… not even other protesters supported it.” Sena’s motormouth, Sanjay Raut also downplayed the event which caused a national outrage. He said, “If anyone talks of freedom of Kashmir from India then it will not be tolerated.”

This is in line with the general policy of the Maharashtra government to embolden the anti-India elements. Earlier, the Congress and NCP demanding withdrawal of cases against the Bhima Koregaon “urban Naxals”. A demand to which Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray had given in-principle approval.

The Uddhav Thackeray government in Maharashtra had withdrawn a number of cases out of sheer political vindictiveness against the BJP. He has dropped cases against 29 activists involved in the Aarey metro coach project agitation. He has also withdrawn cases against those who had agitated against the construction of a multi-billion dollar refinery in Nanar in the Ratnagiri district, in a clear impetus to the anti-development forces in the state of Maharashtra.

The coalition government in the state of Maharashtra is obfuscating a serious matter which has invited national outrage. The girl carrying the “free Kashmir placard” was echoing anti-national and secessionist sentiments, for which she got endorsed by Pakistan. DGISPR of the terror state shared an article which reports on the fact that the lady was demanding a “free Kashmir” during a protest supposedly in solidarity of JNU and against the violence which broke out in the central university on Sunday.

Taking advantage of such secessionists within, Asif Ghafoor, DG-ISPR shared a TOI article which reported on Mehak carrying the placard. He also added that this was the ‘beginning of the end’ for India and that ‘Kashmir is Pakistan’. It is utterly reprehensible that the Maharashtra Home Minister and Shiv Sena are trying to claim that the “Free Kashmir” girl had no malicious intentions.

Earlier, it was just the NCP and the Congress which was sponsoring and endorsing anti-national and secessionist elements, but now even the Shiv Sena has started aiding and appeasing such elements. The Shiv Sena continues to stoop further as a constituent of the unholy coalition which has formed government in Maharashtra, even as it has started supporting break-India forces.
