Another day, another humiliating news for Pakistan, the misery keeps on piling for the nefarious terrorist capital of the world. In a report published in The Times of Islamabad, more than 5 Lakh illegal Pakistani migrants have been deported from 134 countries around the globe in the last five years for the charges of forged travel documents and criminal convictions.

Statistics provided by the Ministry of Interior (Pakistan) show that a total of 519,000 Pakistani nationals have been deported from various countries since 2014. Interestingly, most of the illegal Pakistani immigrants have been deported from Islamic countries. Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, and Turkey are the major contributors to the deported list of illegal Pakistani migrants.

Pakistan, which tallies behind Saudi Arabia and looks up to it for tacit approvals in trivial matters and fundings to canter its dilapidated economy would be in for a rude shocker as Saudi Arabia tops the list of countries deporting Pakistanis, expelling well over 325,000 illegal Pakistani migrants since 2014. Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince had recently got miffed with Imran Khan’s shindigs during the 74th United Nations General Assembly where he was seen trying to create a new Islamic bloc with Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, which had reportedly irked the Crown Prince and as a sign of his displeasure demanded disembowelment of Imran and his delegation from the plane which he had initially gifted to Khan for his New York trip. Another big Islamic country, UAE is second on the list, deporting more than 52,000 Pakistanis during the same period.

Despite Pakistani PM Khan trying to warm up to its Islamic counterparts, the statistics paint a different story. Pakistan has been constantly harping on its Muslim identity and relations with Muslim Ummah, be it on Kashmir issue or through its anti-India rhetoric. However, these are the countries where Pakistanis have been caught doing the most illegal activities and as a result, have been deported in large numbers. The illegal Pakistani migrants have been deported on multiple charges which include forgery of documents and several criminal convictions.

Pakistanis have a major existential crisis amongst themselves, they have the false notion of being from the Arab land and being the descendants of Arabs and consequently, try to imitate the Arabs by mimicking their culture and even adopting their names. However, Arabs know the real identities of Pakistanis and consider their antics a farce and therefore statistics prove obvious. The same Malaysian PM who had made the anti-India rhetoric whilst toeing the line of Pakistan has also expelled over 18,312 Pakistanis in the last 5 years. The Interior Ministry report also revealed that besides these expulsions, at least 65,000 illegal immigrants are still imprisoned at deportee camps of Turkey and Saudi Arabia.

Meanwhile 15,320 Pakistani from Britain, 17,534 from Greece, 936 from the US, 275 from China, 445 from Canada, 15,413 from Iran, and 920 from Germany between 2014 and 2019.

Previously, the Saudi government had de-recognised Pakistani medical degrees where it had told the Pakistani professionals that their qualification and expertise does not meet the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) regulations. Saudi Arabia had already told these professionals to leave the country and warned that they will be deported if they do not follow the order.

Previously, the United States government had reduced the visa validity for Pakistani citizens from five years to 1 year. This is a big blow for Pakistan because the country gets a very good amount of remittance (372.43 million dollars in the first 10 months of FY 19) from Pakistani workers in the United States. The repeated terrorist attacks from terrorist groups located in Pakistan and in many countries including India, Afghanistan, Iran and United States have forced countries to reconsider how many Pakistanis they want in their countries, and the recent statistics regarding deportation proves that Pakistanis are menace for every other nation around the globe, whether they be Islamic countries or Non-Islamic countries.
