The video in which Greta Thunberg attacks PM Modi for ‘not doing enough’ is NOT FAKE

The video is not fake, the agenda definitely is

Greta Thunberg took the world by storm when she burst on to the scene as a young girl fighting a lone battle for conserving the environment. Greta has definitely brought attention to the issue of climate change as everybody has been talking about her and her passionate speech in the UN.

Another video of her surfaced where Greta is seen questioning Prime Minister Modi and also calling him a villain if he fails to do something about climate change. She says ““Dear Mr Modi, you need to take action now against the climate crisis, not just talking about it because if you keep on going like this, doing business as usual, and just talking about and barging about the little victories, you are going to fail. And if you fail you’re going to be seen as one of the worst villains in human history in the future. And you don’t want that.”

Without delving into what PM Modi has done for the environment, let’s first move to a parallel theory which is being circulated on Social Media. As per some observers, the video is fake and that Greta never said a word against PM Modi.

So is the video edited or Greta Thunberg actually attacked PM Modi for not doing enough for planet Earth? Turns out, that video is NOT edited and Greta actually attacked PM Modi over climate change.

Factchecker BOOMLIVE claims to have analysed the video and found that the video is not edited, and Thunberg did send a message to global leaders including Modi. BOOM also spoke to Brut India which is a digital video news publisher who recorded the video and confirmed that the it is genuine. Boom’s factcheck can be accessed on this link.

Now let us quickly summarize what PM Modi has done for the environment. In roughly 2 decades of public life, first as the CM of Gujarat and then as the PM of India, PM Modi has done more for the environment than any world leader. PM Modi has been a champion of alternative energy sources chiefly Solar and Wind. The Swachh Bharat Abhiyan is India’s biggest cleanliness drive ever. The campaign covers as many as almost every town in India and aims at cleaning streets, roads, and infrastructure. The campaign has been a roaring success. Clean Ganga mission has been another feather PM Modi’s hat. Varanasi’s clean ghats are standing testimonial of the campaign’s success. Despite being a staunch Hindu, PM Modi championed the idea of toilets before temples. PM Modi constituted a separate ‘Jal Shakti’ ministry to tackle water wastage and ensuring clean water to every Indian. PM Modi has recently enforced a ban on single use plastic. And Ujjwala Yojana that aims to provide LPG connections to women from Below Poverty Line (BPL) households liberated millions of Indian women from poisonous cooking wood fumes and making the atmosphere cleaner and more breathable.

Sadly, the sixteen-year-old Swedish girl seems oblivious of these things and has chosen to be reduced to a mere propaganda tool by the left-liberals who have been peddling their propaganda through her, as the timing of Greta’s speech increasingly comes to question.
