The resignation of Congress’s national spokesperson Priyanka Chaturvedi might have come as a shock to the Party, but after how the Congress treated her, it was bound to happen. Yet, one should not get carried away with the fact that Congress was unjust to his very “dedicated” member. Priyanka Chaturvedi as a person isn’t someone who can be appreciated or sympathised with.
In the past Priyanka Chaturvedi has stooped low to protect and defend her party. She has crossed moral boundaries and said things out of proportion just to defend the wrong doings of Congress. The former Congress party member had insulted a journalist Nupur J Sharma from OpIndia, publicly by calling her a liar.
Oh! Nupur is a pathological liar. Best left ignored in her echo chambers with like minded liars. https://t.co/5j6e7cnOoB

Priyanka Chaturvedi also supported the abuser who made inappropriate comment on the journalist. The abuser through a tweet, called the journalist a “diseased liar”. The abuser named Vinod Das Gupta was supported by Priyanka Chaturvedi as she retweeted his quote and called Nupur a pathological liar. Priyanka along with Vinod had trolled Nupur. Vinod through his comment made fun of the journalist who is suffering from Vitiligo. The insensitive approach of Priyanka Chaturvedi to an abuse received by a woman puts humanity to shame.

Priyanka Chaturvedi did not spare the cine actor Raveena Tandon when she came out in support of Modi government. Priyanka said that Raveena Tandon should stop spreading rumours of being neutral and openly declare that she supports BJP. The former Congress leader however received an impressive answer by the Tandon. Raveena said that she had also campaigned for Congress when she felt that some members of the Party had really worked for the country.
Why can't she cut the BS and openly say she is a BJP sympathiser/NaMo supporter rather than this garb of neutrality? https://t.co/LcC3hdAWb6

Raveena through her statement made clear that she supported good governance, irrespective of the party and or leaders.
@priyankac19 dear Priyanka, campaigned for some of your senior colleagues last elections/ who I believed genuinely did some good work 1/1

It is ironic that the leader who stood against the injustice done to her by her party, once indulged in acts that insulted women. The former National Spokesperson who resigned from Congress on account of the party supporting those who harassed her, in the past has supported abusers who trolled women. As a woman, she indulged in trolls that were abusing another woman of her medical conditions. Priyanka Chaturvedi should abstain from any sympathy that she might receive after leaving Congress. The sheer hypocrisy shown by the leader does not deserve any support from the public. The politician in the press conference on joining the Shiv Sena said that she stood for the idea of women empowerment within the party. She couldn’t accept that women and their stands were undermined. It is hard to believe the words of Priyanka Chaturvedi, as her social media platforms like Twitter has a complete different story to tell us.
