Is Prakash Raj really an athiest or just a hypocrite?

Prakash Raj, Anti-Hindu

Ever heard of convenient atheism? Confused, no? Well, this brand of atheism refers to those people, who would denigrate the deities and culture of one community while glorifying even the malpractices of another.

One such convenient atheist is multilingual actor and ‘wannabe liberal’ Prakash Raj. Known mostly for his negative roles in Bollywood, Prakash has of late gained controversy for his left-liberal views on various issues, especially those against the Sanatan community.

Be it his anti-BJP views in the wake of the Karnataka assembly elections, or his extremely denigrating anti-Hindu views against Swami Ayyappa and his devotees on the Sabarimala issue, Prakash Raj has become the new poster boy of the left-liberals when it came to bashing the Sanatan community.

When grilled for his alleged anti-Hindu comments, Prakash tried to hide behind the facade of atheism, while continuing with his tirade against Hinduism. This isn’t surprising since he is allegedly repeating the classic anti-Hindu tradition in a typical manner that our left liberals are way too notorious for.

However, his convenient atheism was brutally exposed by a vigilant Twitter user, who tweeted:

This link showed Prakash Raj as a devout Christian, who not only attended the church but also performed the necessary prayers, completely in contrast to his otherwise atheist identity.

Interestingly, the actor has thumped his chest proudly on his atheist credentials. This could be reflected from his stance in one of his successful films, Iruvar, where he portrayed one such atheist:-

“This holy ash on my forehead?” “Cow dung.”
“And god?” “Does not exist.”
“That which is in the temple?” “A piece of stone.”

However, with the exposure of his Catholic allegiance, Prakash Raj has only proved how hypocrite most of the Indian atheists are. They have no qualms in bashing the Hindus for even the slightest of their ‘mistakes’.

However, the very Indian atheists stay deathly silent if other communities, especially from Islam and Christianity, indulge in grave malpractices that can also be threatening for the society.

Besides, this is not the first time that this convenient atheist has been roasted for his hypocrisy. Who can forget the way famous nationalist politician Subramanian Swamy grilled him for his absurd liberal rhetoric. When he had nothing to respond to, Prakash Raj could only muster ‘Kuch Bhi’

To be honest, we appreciate the Twitter user for exposing the real identity of Prakash Raj. We hope that such left liberals continue to be exposed and denied their so-called fame.
