“Couples with more than 2 children to be offered incentives”, CM Naidu’s weird decision

It seems that Indian Politics and outlandish promises go hand in hand. In what can only be described as a shocking and irresponsible announcement, Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu has declared that couples who have more than two children will be offered incentives.
