The Congress President Rahul Gandhi is the one guy who makes Indian elections entertaining and interesting with his goof-ups. In every election, he commits some major blunders which ensue a sea of laughter. There is an urgent need for a special entertainment ministry in the country, and Rahul Gandhi should be appointed as its permanent head.

In what is considered as the semi-final ahead of the 2019 Lok Sabha elections battle, Rahul Gandhi made several goof ups in his speeches. Video clips of his goof-ups are viral on social media and are now entertaining millions. Let’s have a look at five blunders committed by Rahul Gandhi in the run-up to five state assembly elections:

First in the list is Kumbhkaran lift Yojana. During his election campaign in poll-bound Rajasthan, the Congress President was addressing a rally in Alwar district and in his speech, Rahul Gandhi ended up saying Kumbhakaran Lift Yojana instead of Kumbha Ram Lift Yojana. He said, “Ashok Gehlot Ji gave the money for the ‘Kumbhakaran Lift Yojana.” Soon after his blunder, someone off camera corrected him and then he said, “Kumbha Ram Lift Yojana.”

PM Modi mocked at Gandhi scion’s gaffe, at a public rally in Sumerpur, he said that that the Congress president did not even know Kumbha Ram, the freedom fighter and late Congress leader. He said, “Congress president does not even know the names of his own party leaders. He did not even know the name of a very popular farmer and Jat leader in Congress, late Kumbha Ram Ji. He called him ‘Kumbhakaran’. You can imagine what these kinds of leaders will do when in power.

Not just his party leaders, Rahul Gandhi does not know anything about the plow.

Chanakya invented Zero, and the Chanakya of Congress- Rahul Gandhi- in a public rally in Madhya Pradesh invented a new number- He was speaking on the issue of unemployment and ended up inventing a new number.

He even invented a new counting term, “Dedh Lack Pachas Hazar”. It seems he wants to run his own parallel counting system.

In Telangana, Rahul Gandhi’s translator ended up embarrassing him as well as the entire Congress party.

Rahul Gandhi and his translator successfully converted an election rally into a comedy show. Some people asked how Rahul Gandhi managed to find a translator of his own caliber.

Rahul Gandhi’s speeches have not only been weird, absurd and illogical but have now also become repetitive, predictable and senseless. Of late, Rahul Gandhi has been using the similar template, again and again, to attract voters by promising some lucrative product to be manufactured in the name of that place- Made in Mandsaur, Made in Rajasthan, Made in Dungarpur, Made in Mirzapur, Made in Chitrakoot and now Made in Telangana. While addressing a rally in Kodad, Telangana, Rahul Gandhi said, “There is ‘Made in China’ written on your clothes and mobiles. We want a day to come when there is ‘Made in Telangana’ written on your clothes, mobiles etc.”

Congress and its PR agencies (read mainstream media houses) are trying their level best to project Rahul Gandhi as a mature leader and an excellent orator who can challenge PM Modi, but so far all their efforts have gone into vain and with his consistent goof-ups he makes sure that remains the best stand-up comic in the country.
