It looks as if the showdown of BJP spokesperson Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga with ‘JNU scholar’ Shehla Rashid Shora over MeToo was just the tip of the iceberg. In no mood to cool down, and staying true to this word, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, taking lesser time than his own accorded 48 hours, came out clean on the allegations on sexual harassment, accusing the alleged victim of misusing the movement of ‘MeToo’ for her own advantage.
In a long, resourceful video, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga narrated his ordeal, when he was falsely accused of sexual harassment by Dr. Jwala Gurunath in 2015. Then, a socialite who alleged to be pro BJP, Jwala Gurunath had involved herself into a cringe fight with another right winger and Twitter user Nupur Sharma, who goes by the twitter handle @UnsubtleDesi.
She allegedly asked Tajinder to support her in her fight against Nupur, to which Tajinder flatly refused, saying he wouldn’t be associated with abusive tweets. Tajinder confessed in the video that he didn’t take threats seriously, and as a consequence he was framed by Jwala under the charges of sexual harassment.
Not the one to take the insults lying down, Tajinder Pal Singh filed a defamation case against her. To his shock, at the behest of the alleged victim, policemen from Karnataka came all the way to Delhi to arrest him. Tajinder, like in his previous tweets, also revealed that the then Advocate General of Karnataka government was fighting for her, and this was certainly not a good sign for him.
Thankfully, the courts would have none of it, and owing to Dr. Jwala Gurunath continuously skipping the trials, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga was acquitted by the Supreme Court on the account of lack of evidences. Now all of a sudden, after two years, the woman in question tried to drag Tajinder again under the MeToo banner. Has she taken the Indian public for granted? Maybe, since she went on an abusive spree, trying to use the done to death victim card, the left liberals are way too notorious for:-

Going by her tweets, it didn’t look as if this lady was at all ashamed of her deeds. Instead she abused anyone who even tried to question her dubious stance on this issue. However, she was received fiercely by Nupur Sharma once again, who narrated her own ordeal, supporting Tajinder in his case with the following thread:-

Now that Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga stands clean on the allegations, will the likes of Shehla Rashid apologize to him for the malicious accusations they imposed? It is too late to say sorry? It looks however, unlikely, since going by the present timeline of Shehla Rashid on Twitter, it is not even evident as if she is even apologetic on this issue:-

Also, Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga, take a bow, one must salute him for not losing his cool and behaving like a true gentleman. It is not easy to remain calm and behave in a polite way against those, who have deep contempt for you and your ideals. But the way Tajinder Pal Singh Bagga has maintained his stance on this issue, it looks like the day won’t be far away, when the prototype of MeToo, i.e ‘HeToo’ will not be a rude joke, but a reality, accepted by all and channelized in the proper way.
