Former judge who accused RSS of being paid by the ISI, accused of sexual misconduct

There are very few times when a woman alleging sexual misconducts committed against her is not given proper coverage in the mainstream media. The importance of the issue is magnified multiple times when it appears that the victim herself belonged to the media fraternity. The mainstream media chooses to exercise its right to stay silent only when a member of their liberal, left wing, anti-government and most importantly anti-Hindu establishment is accused of crimes against women. Retired judge B G Kolse-Patil is one of the people whom female journalists on condition of keeping their identity hidden have come out to accuse of sexual misconduct. Justice Kolse-Patil retired as a judge 28 years ago at 47 years of age and from then on he has chosen to carry on peddling the propaganda of the leftist cabal. Justice Kolse Patil is a self-declared leftist who had played a pivotal role in organizing the Elgaar Parishad in Pune, Maharashtra, where anti-government and anti-RSS speeches were freely made.

Sandhya Menon is a writer and a journalist who broke this story using her Twitter handle. The female journalist had approached her in order to express her disgust at the torture which she was subjected to at the hands of the retired judge. Justice Kolse-Patil has been accused by the female journalist of forcibly touching and mistreating her while she visited him in his house to take his interview years ago. He had held her by the collar of her kurta and asked why she had kept the top button of her kurta open. Post the interview the retired judge had tried to induce her to chat further, hinting that they could become friends. The retired judge upon sensing that the journalist was not going to fall into his trap had continued to apologize to her even after she left his place. The female journalist who was rattled by the incident had also received a call from Kolse Patil where he had tried to apologize and had asked her what her plans for the day were. The female journalist had to say that she was going to visit the police station in order to throw him off her track. The story which should have been making the headlines of today is nowhere to be found, all thanks to the leftist cabal in media which is not giving this story the space it deserves.

The #metoo campaign which has begun in India recently probably gave the female journalist the strength to come out of her shell. Her ordeals are similar to those faced by numerous women at the hands of members of the left dominated organizations. Justice Kolse Patil is not an ordinary person, a man with connections as big as he is could have easily made life hell for the journalist and her family. The coordinator of the Elgaar Parishad indeed must be quite powerful considering the Elgaar Parishad is a stage for communists and anti-Hindu rants. The resulting Bhima-Koregaon violence had burned the districts in Maharashtra and had caused damage to life and property. Pune city police has conducted searches at the residences of Sudhir Dhawale, Harshali Potdar , Jatiantachi Chalwal in Mumbai, Sagar Gorkhe, Deepak Dhengle, Ramesh Gaichor and his wife Jyoti Jagtap. Apart from this, searches were also conducted at the residences of activist Rona Wilson in Delhi and lawyer Surendra Gadling in Nagpur. All these were involved in one way or the other with Justice Kole Patil or his colleague Justice P B Sawant who were the chief organizers of the Elgaar Parishad.

Sandhya Menon has done the right thing by bringing to light the plight faced by the woman journalist at the hands of the retired judge. Her tweets will come in handy in punishing the sexual predator who masqueraded as a human rights activist. Sandhya Menon has done a courageous act by bringing to light the crime committed by a retired justice and a full time left winger.
