There is a good history of cheating with the Congress party, for the longest possible time since Independence it has cheated people of their basic rights and demands in the country. Indian citizens have been the biggest victims of Congress and its policies in the country. Their leaders have shown no morality in misusing the resources of the country for their own benefits. Now, with Rahul Gandhi at the helm of the affairs in the Party, they have started to cheat the party as well. Congress would be probably the biggest dynastic political party in the world, a party which has never supported meritocracy in the country and its own ranks suddenly wanted to make a fresh start. According to media reports, in an exam conducted for recruiting Congress spokesperson among its members, some examinees were found cheating during the exam. The Congress leaders from grass-root level to that of the top are simply not used competitive exams so they turned to the best weapon they have, cheating. It all started in Congress President Rahul Gandhi’s home state Uttar Pradesh. Thankfully Rahul Gandhi was not part of the contest which was taken to realize the merit of the candidates who wanted to become the state spokespersons for the Congress.

The exam was conducted in the office of Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee on Thursday with the sole purpose of appointing 12 spokespersons for the Congress Party in UP. The Congressmen who were optimistic about them getting nominated to the spokespersons post were left sweating when they came to know that they had to give a written test to be eligible for the post. The fuming Congressmen were left speechless and started googling random facts and figures related to the Congress and UP in hope of picking up a thing or two. There were however many guys who had gotten the question papers before the exams had even started. These people had decided to find out the answers prior to sitting in the exams while the others resorted to googling and searching for the answers mid exams.

Cheating in the exams has left Congress leaders of the state red faced and they are at a loss of words. It feels like this is one more bad decision by the Congress party President Rahul Gandhi who has decided to appoint spokespersons based on the performance of individuals in an exam rather than going by their performance at the state level in elections. This might be the grand plan of the dynastic prodigy Rahul Gandhi himself who might soon ask all the Congress leaders to take a test in order to fight elections as well. Passing a written exam might become a necessary qualification for every Congress post in the future, now that Rahul Gandhi’s post as the Congress President is safe for the next 20 years or so, meritocracy will now be given a free run in the party. UP Congress Committee is likely to have Google experts as its spokespersons in the years to come, at least those Googlers would be way better than the Congress President with their facts. But nobody can question Rahul Gandhi for his drawbacks, neither us nor you, he is after all the gift of the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty to this country who is fulfilling the promise to bring in meritocracy in the country and he has started from his own party.
