Ex-AAP Minister alleges communal conspiracy by AAP

Ex- water resource Minister of the Delhi government and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) member Kapil Mishra has often expressed his views on the petty politics played by AAP. After his fallout with the AAP leaders, he has repeatedly exposed them by alleging numerous instances of corruption. Even the founder of AAP, Arvind Kejriwal was not spared from the wrath of Kapil Mishra. From the alleged 400 crore tanker scam to the even bigger ration delivery scam, Kapil Mishra has dragged Kejriwal and AAP members in the fray all too often.

Kejriwal’s appeasement politics had also been exposed by Kapil Mishra in the start of March when he tore a copy of the legislative agenda of AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan. The agenda for discussion proposed by AAP leader Amanatullah Khan was against the “communal celebration” of Ramnavmi in Delhi.

It must be noted here that Amanatullah Khan is not a novice at controversies. In 2016 a woman had filed a case against Khan for allegedly threatening her with dire consequences. He also had to resign from all posts in the Delhi government in 2016 as he was facing sexual harassment charges by his sister-in-law.  He was suspended in 2017 when he had attacked fellow party leader Kumar Vishwas after he was forced to resign from the political affairs committee to make room for the poet-politician. The latest suspension was in 2018 when a case against him and fellow MLA Prakash Jarwal was filed for assaulting Delhi Chief Secretary Anshu Prakash.

The controversial and the alleged communal agenda of discussing “communal celebration” of ‘Ramnavmi’, a sacred festival of the Hindus, was a well thought out plan by the AAP party to divert the public from the corruption charges it is facing, Kapil Mishra alleged.

Amanatullah Khan, according to Kapil Mishra, wanted to discuss the display of swords, and chanting of “Hindustan Jindabad” outside mosques during the procession taken out on Ramnavmi. Kapil Mishra questioned the propriety of the agenda, given neither Hindustan nor ‘Hindustan Jindabad’ are even remotely communal words.

Kapil Mishra shared video on twitter today regarding the ‘Ramnavmi celebrations.’ The video shows two alleged AAP members, Manish and Nand Lal Kanojia, dressed in saffron, wielding swords and dancing outside a mosque. They are in a large group shouting chants of religious nature. The video goes on to show the same members interacting with prominent AAP leaders. The names of the AAP members are displayed in the video and the many AAP leaders which they have interacted with goes on to show the close ties they have with the AAP.

This video shared by Kapil Mishra points towards the nasty politics of the ‘honest’ Arvind Kejriwal and his Aam Aadmi Party. Their divisive politics and stupid antics have often been exposed but this might be the biggest one till date because it shows the communal card being played by AAP to take the minds of the people away from the real issues.

The honest facade of AAP has been exposed by an Kapil Mishra who probably was as frustrated with Kejriwal and his followers’ antics as the people of India are.

This video by Kapil Mishra is a wake-up call to Delhi voters and supporters of AAP. This should serve as a notice to the rest of us Indians as well to choose wisely. The ones who blame others might be doing so just to hide their own faults.
