Congress has mistreated the Scheduled tribes and Scheduled Castes of the country for 60 years under its rule. Now when ill- treatment cannot be meted out by the Congress, thanks to its wipe-out from the Centre & state governments, Congress has taken the course of misinforming the ST/SC population of the country. The party which should be blamed for the lack of overall growth in the ST/SC population throughout India suddenly wants to become the well wishers of the Dalit and tribal class. After misleading the people on the ST/SC verdict given by the Honourable Supreme Court of India, Congress accused the Bharatiya Janta Party of being anti-Dalit, while hiding the fact that BJP had in fact filed a review petition asking the Court to reconsider its judgement. While Congress President Rahul Gandhi had accused the BJP in person of repealing the act without having any knowledge about reality, which he seldom does anyways, Congress leaders have now come up with a laughable ploy to convince people of its pro-Dalit stance.
Lies and only Lies!

Congress leaders, along with Rahul Gandhi, and workers will hold a fast today on the 9th of April on Rajghat. The various Congress district offices in Uttar Pradesh have also been asked to observe fast to maintain the ‘communal harmony’ in India. This ‘day long’ fast will in fact last for just 5 hours, from 11 am to 4 pm on a Monday. The laughable 5 hour long fast will be Congress’s show of solidarity with the ST/SC population of the country. This mockery of a fast, the 5 hour time period, shows how delusional the Congress leadership and party is with the conditions of the average Indians who struggled to get 2 meals a day under Congress’s rule.
This ‘elite’ fast begins with Rahul Gandhi sitting at Rajghat, the resting place of the ‘Father of the Nation’ Mahatma Gandhi who fasted for truth, days at a stretch. But his will power and motives cannot be compared with the modern day Congress leaders who are willing to forego their routine for a day. The ‘fast’ if it can be called so, will surely begin with a hefty breakfast and will be followed by a heavy late lunch. While Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is known for making baseless and inciting statements, and giving vague, laughable answers, he is not the fasting kind of person, more suited to ‘feasting’ on the money given by the hard working taxpayers of India.
‘Fasting’ does not suit Congress. Especially since along with the other regional opposition parties, Congress is the one to blame for the rioting which took place on the 2nd of April across various states. What would have been more accurate was an apology. Which Mr. Gandhi should have an expertise in, having apologised countless number of times in the past for his ‘mistakes’ as they are called by the senior Congress leaders who often have to shield him from the blunders he commits on a regular basis.
The simple fact is Congress refuses to learn while the people it has managed to enrage in the past few years have. The public understand the modus operandi of the Congress. Stir up the sentiments of the people by making baseless statements, make matters worse by accusing BJP government of being anti-everything, and then accuse the BJP led Centre for the violence and disruption which follows. With no issues in hand of the Congress for protesting, it has resorted to creating imaginary issues. Lack of any scams, overall prosperity in the nation has left Congress in a state of worry. Their think tank will keep on inventing issues to infuriate the very same masses who have been kept in a deprived state all through Congress’s rule. They just don’t want the people to progress, they don’t want them to be at par with them and in order to achieve this goal and Congress leaders will gladly ‘fast’ for 5 hours on one day.
On a departing note, I would like to add that 5 hours is the usual time between two meals for any working individual for India. So, how important ‘communal harmony’ is for Rahul Gandhi is for you to decide. This is nothing but an insult to the Dailts and an open mockery of them.
