The 5 Goals PM Modi Wished to Accomplish with his Israel Visit, Guess what he has achieved all 5

4 July 2017 shall be written down in golden letters in the books of Indian history, as a day, when India finally declared her admiration and love for probably the only nation who gives any dreadful terrorist a nightmare, i.e. Israel. With Narendra Modi making a historic visit to this valiant little nation, who has time and again proved its valor against the menace of Islamic terrorism, so much that even the dreaded Islamic State thinks a hundred times before even thinking of attacking this small nation sandwiched between Middle East and Europe, forget even executing the attack.

The warmth that the President of Israel, Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu, himself an ex warrior, showed towards our Indian counterpart showed his commitment to the cause of helping India. It’s a surprise as to how we never mended our relations with such a faithful friend, who without any condition, had helped us from 1971 to the time of Kargil War, without fail? Yes, we had recognized them as an independent nation in 1950, but it took us 42 years to establish proper diplomatic relations with them as a nation, and a further 22 years to make friends with them.

While the entire nation rejoiced in the double success of Narendra Modi, whether in the historic launch of GST Act, or in the historic visit of Israel,  there are some folks, as usual,  who can neither be peaceful themselves, nor will let anyone else live in peace. These very detractors would shed a torrent of tears describing the so called atrocities committed on citizens of the state of Palestine, the very state whose sole motive of survival is the destruction of Israel. For what? For the fact, that Israel is non Islamic! But hey, point this hypocrisy out, and they’d create a huge castle of intolerance and Hindu terrorism in thin air.

These very detractors now mocked Modi’s visit to Israel, not solely because he visited it, but he chose to give the customary tradition of visiting Palestine a royal miss while visiting Israel.

They intend to ask, what has Modi achieved with his visit to Israel? Really? What Modi has achieved is more than what the teeny weeny brains of these so called detractors, who had unjustly called the shots in Indian governance for more than 60 years, can ever imagine. Below is a comprehensive list of what Modi brings from his historic visit to Israel:-

1.     The strengthening of Indian Armed Forces with Israeli arms and resources –

The first and the foremost benefit that Shri Narendra Modi brings with himself from Israel is a host of Israeli arms and resources, which would be supplied to India as per the agreements and memorandum signed upon by the two Prime Ministers, Shri Narendra Modi and Mr. Benjamin Netanyahu. The Israel is well known for its deadly capabilities as a united war front. When facing six, united Arab countries, who hated their very existence, they pummeled them black and blue during the historic Six Day War, where the most significant victory was at Golan Heights, which they rightfully wrested back from Syria in 1967. I wish if Indians could do the same with Pakistan Oppressed Kashmir, and our famed towns of Lahore and Karachi. It would be a day of reckoning I tell you.

Besides the arms and artillery that will be supplied by Israel, this small country, whose intelligence agency, Mossad, is a nightmare for any criminal in the world, has never hesitated in helping us, in gratitude for providing shelter to so many Jews who had taken refuge in India post the Holocaust, apart from being recognized by India herself. In 1971, even when Israel was itself under a problematic situation, President Golda Meir diverted a cache of arms meant for Iran to India, just before America decided to send their famous 36th Naval Contingent to armtwist the Indian side during the Indo Pak war, as declassified under PN Haksar papers, and penned down by Sridhar Raghavan in his book  ‘1971 : A global history in the creation of Bangladesh’.

This is not all, it was thanks to the Israeli arms that were supplied to us in the nick of time by this nation of bravehearts, that our victory at the Kargil war was hastened to a rocket speed. No doubt we would’ve won without their help as well, but it would have taken a longer time, and resulted in a large number of casualties. Though it is shameful that we never thanked enough for such benevolence, the one visit by Narendra Modi might have made mends in this direction.

2.     An infinite stream of cultural exchanges

Did you know that there is a village in Israel that is specifically named after our own country, India? Yes, this is the level of camaraderie that Israel wishes to share with us. This village, Hodia, which is the Hebrew name of India, and which also means be thankful, comprises of majorly Indian Jews, who had relocated here in the early 50s, after the state of Israel was formed.

Imagine, what sort of friendship India and Israel will have, if the relation that has begun under Narendra Modi and Benjamin Netanyahu achieves its aims. The infinite stream of cultural exchanges, along with the varied landscape of Israel, provides another excellent location for the Indian filmmakers. With the whole hearted support of the denizens of Israel, I doubt if this dream doesn’t come true.

Also, the way Modi and Netanyahu displayed the warmth of camaraderie, which was strengthened when Modi thanked Netanyahu for his benevolence in Hebrew, while Netanyahu returned the gratitude by speaking the same in Hindi. How many world leaders have taken the pains to address our heads of state in our unofficially national language? Remember the famous catchphrase, ‘Tu Mera Bhai Hai! [You’re my true bro]? Going by the pictures shared between them to the whole world, we can certainly relate to the upcoming stream of infinite cultural exchanges with this catchphrase, given that the two heads behaved like long lost best friends reuniting in style!

3.     Eliminating the “custom” of treating Israel as a mistress –

Thanks to those, who were once at the helm of affairs, even an ally as faithful as Israel was forced to say that India treats Israel as a mistress, who is hesitant to declare her love for her lover [Israel] publicly. Even when Israel offered to assist us in nabbing the most wanted criminal, Dawood Ibrahim, apart from assistance in taking revenge for 26/11, we surprisingly refused their assistance, thanks to the bunch of idiots sitting in the Central Government, led by ‘The Underachiever’, and an overrated economist, Dr. Manmohan Singh.

But thanks to the visit made by Narendra Modi,  we are now relieved of this ignominy.  Earlier, even though Israel took the pain of visiting India, under the leadership of President Ariel Sharon in 2003, it was yet to receive a payback in the same way. But after 14 years, the arduous wait had ended, with Narendra Modi making a grand entry to Israel, loathed by a few quislings, but hailed by an overwhelming majority.

The Israelis were filled with so much gratitude at a visit made by an Indian head of State, that they even paid a tribute to him in a popular Israeli daily, ‘The Marker’ , as ‘……….the visit of the world’s most important PM’.  Even Benjamin Netanyahu addressed Mr. Modi as his friend

This was not all. Compared to the other nations he has visited, very few nations took the pains of laying out authentic, vegetarian Indian cuisine, especially with dishes personally liked by PM Modi, such as Khichdi, Khandvi, etc.  [BTW, Khichdi connects me and PM Modi very well, as an all time favorite!]. Do you still have doubts on what Narendra Modi has brought from  Israel?

4.     Enough of overt minority appeasement –

Another significant achievement that Narendra Modi has made in Israel is the fact that he gave a royal miss to the Palestine, which is the darling of the pseudo intellectuals and pseudo secular politicians, including the Congress Party. It is not usual that an Indian head of state decides to make a historic visit to Israel, and visits only Israel, not even visiting Ramallah, the famed holy site of Palestinians, which is barely a few kilometers from the place where he resided during his visit to Israel.

Besides, the visit paid to the famed Jewish victim of 26/11, Moshe Holtzberg, indicates that Narendra Modi stands for the true victims, and even promised Moshe of welcoming him, whenever he visited India, with his adopted mother, Miss Sandra Samuels, who rescued him from the clutches of the dreaded Islamic terrorists.

This only gives a signal to us and the world, that the overtly appeasing image of the Indian statesman is now reduced to dust. Now the Indian govt. under Modi will makes allies with only those, who can have the audacity to pay back in the same coin, and not backstab us when we need them the most, like our ‘friend’, China, once did in 1962.

5.     A faithful ally for long  –

Unlike nations, who have backstabbed us and supported the enemies whenever we needed them, Israel is a different nation altogether. Even when we supported the Palestinian cause in the 70s, they never hesitated to assist us, as and when necessary. In the eyes of an average Israeli, India is great because it is perhaps the only country, where the Jews lived peacefully for many centuries, and were never discriminated like the rest of the world does, which is true, thanks to the beautiful grace of our holy Sanatan Dharma, or what the world knows as Hinduism. I don’t know about the rest, but if there is one nation who can be a true friend in need, that is Israel. They even posted a cartoon in gratitude:-
