Remember when Yakub Memon’s mercy petition was rejected by the Supreme Court on 21 July 2015? Human rights activists, secularists and liberals started chest beating on how nobody has the right to take someone’s life – not even the Supreme Court. The Left cabal held candle light vigils for Yakub Memon, who turned into a minority victim from a dreaded terrorist.
Whenever a terror attack happens, the same leftists shout on top of their voices that terror has no religion but when the terrorist is given a death sentence, suddenly, the same terrorist is granted a religion and his religion becomes the reason for his death penalty rather than terrorism. Blatant Minority appeasement takes place and bleeding heart liberals forget all about the 1993 Bombay Bombings that took 257 lives and left 1400 severely injured(these are just official figures, in real there could be more casualties).
In a Times Now Debate on #NirbhayaGetsJustice, Nirbhaya’s mother lost her cool and slammed the two bit human rights activists – Karuna Nundy and Abha singh, who were debating against the death penalty. She said that the likes of Abha Singh and Karuna Nundy should be ashamed of themselves. They never, in 5 years, came to see how the family of Nirbhaya was living in misery, day by day, waiting for the justice to be served, and now they are advocating why the rapists shouldn’t be hanged. She had some strong words for them and all those who are advocating human rights for terrorists and rapists – Tumhara apna Koi nahi mara na ?
Coming to the horrific Nirbhaya Gangrape incident that quaked the entire nation in the winters of 2012, when 6 monsters, mind you not humans, brutalized a young woman aboard a bus with a friend.
Feminists, Human rights activists, the liberals – all cried in same voice that India is no place for women, that India is a hypocrite country where men worship Durga, Saraswati and other female Goddesses but they don’t respect their womenfolk. Disfigured, blackened faces of Hindu Goddesses started doing the rounds on social media, pervert mentality of Indian men started becoming headlines of media articles nationally and internationally.
BBC even went ahead and shot a documentary on Nirbhaya – India’s Daughter to cash upon her horrific rape of December 16th, and let me tell you, Nirbhaya’s rapist Mukesh was ‘paid‘ 40k to star in “India’s daughter” and our liberal friends hailed that documentary. The same liberals who were until now defaming India for Nirbhaya Rape case were now sympathizing with the juvenile rapist.
The juvenile rapist, (aged 17 years 6 months at that time) who was reportedly most gruesome that night, walked out free on 20th December. What was so unfair that the police requests for bone ossification to determine the true age of the Juvenile were turned down by the Juvenile Justice Board, who instead chose to accept available documentation to determine his age? As if we don’t know how easy it is to get a fake certificate, or how else a top minister in Delhi Government would have been endowed with the law ministry. Even a petition by Subramanian Swamy to try the Juvenile as an adult because of the severity of his crime was rejected. To maintain the secular fabric of India, Arvind Kejriwal later on gifted The Juvenile monster a sewing machine and 10k cash to start his new life.
According to an NGO official who took care of The Juvenile monster:
“We had to send him far away from the national capital so that people could not trace him, so that he could start a new life”.
My blood boils on how the whole chain of human rights activists and NGO’s came out to protect the identity and life of a rapist who was the most ruthless. I wonder whether rape victims are treated in the same way in those NGOs as the rapists. What about the society that doesn’t recognize this rapist? Who will protect the girls who don’t know what he looks like? He might be sitting beside a girl in a metro, or following a girl in the dark streets of Delhi, or employed as car washer, cook, or a servant in a family?
What then? Later we come to know from the same NGO that The Juvenile monster has become a wonderful cook, from a brutal monster and a rapist. The journey from a rapist to a cook was made possible by the sheer efforts of activists and liberals, The Juvenile monster has a lot of them to thank in his speech when he would be getting an award for winning a cooking competition. The joke is on you Nirbhaya.
On May 5, the Supreme Court upheld the decision of Delhi High Court to award death sentence to the 4 accused. The execution of Mukesh (27), Pawan Gupta (20), Vinay Sharma (21) and Akshay Thakur (29) is now almost certain, and the only recourse left to the convicts is a mercy petition to the President of India. Which means, a series of mercy petitions from Bollywood free thinkers and wannabe activists are on way? Bollywood can in fact go forward and glorify the “rapist to cook journey” in a movie like it did with “Mission Kashmir” and “Fiza”.
After the decision of Supreme Court to hang all 4 rapists, started the raging debate of whether the death penalty is justified or not?
The same old debate which took place during the times of Yakub’s and Afzal’s hanging which happens even today in the premises of JNU and Jadavpur Univ.
Rajdeep, Rana Ayyub and others, all in one voice were pained to see Nirbhaya rapists get death sentence while no justice to Bilkis Bano clearly flashing the minority card over here forgetting that the same law let The Juvenile monster walk free. While I agree that Bilkis Bano deserves every ounce of justice but her case shouldn’t be compared with Nirbhaya’s case to demean the justice conferred to Nirbhaya.
Nirbhaya killers given death sentence. Those who Gangraped Bilkis Bano, killed her child, given life. Law is supreme. Or is it an ass?!

You know what would truly be Uniform Civil code ? That Jyoti Singh and Bilkis Bano get the same justice, their murderers hanged !

Hindustan Times even concluded that only minority/lower caste victims get death sentence and not upper caste. While I would like to ask Hindustan Times- are they talking about the Juvenile Moster, because he walked free just after 3 years or they are talking about Yakub who was a terrorist? And also to make one thing clear- Nathuram Godse was a Hindu Brahmin and the first to get death penalty in an independent India. But only if HT can burn the curtain of biasedness and communalism and see
Tumhara koi apna nahin mara na?
